Scope of work included: Removed section of concrete driveway. Excavate roughly 6’ deep to access the broken sewer line. Sewer line was broken by a conduit running through the top of the sewer line. This was cause by Verizon business communications cable. Replaced broken section of sewer line roughly 5-10’. Backfilled area to grade. Filled driveway with gravel until concrete is repaired. **Scope of work does not include pouring concrete.

Upon arrival, restoration company already pulled the vanity to see where leak was coming from. Tested the lavatory drain and water lines, no leaks. Flushed toilet 10 times and leak started to appear under the tile. Pulled the toilet and found the flange was the issue for the toilet. Flange and wax seal no longer holding a good seal. Removed old flange, cut pipe down, put down new concrete and installed new flange. Reset toilet and flushed several times, verified no leaks.

12/12/25 Customer called to have a leaking hose bib repaired. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 60psi. Advised to replace hose bib du to age and ware/tare. Turned water off to hose bib and drained. Difficult access to pipe within wall. Pulled dishwasher and accessed pipe by cutting drywall. Removed old hose bib. Furnished and installed a new ball valve hose bib. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks. Secured hose bib with adhesive. Please allow 25-48hrs to dry.

Arrived at the residence to investigate low water flow when water filter system is turned on. Upon investigation found that filters have been clogged by heavy debris. Removed filters and replaced with new. Ran water. Found no leaks and house is back to normal operation. Thank you for choosing True plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Customer was concerned about issues at flanges of other toilets and a recent leak at a flange/wax ring failure. Also has issue with toilet in master bathroom clogging frequently. Finally issues with cross connections in basement bathroom. Technician quoted to pull and reset toilet but checking toilet visually showed no leaks and toilet appeared to be secure. Technician also used thermal imaging to see if any wet spots were appearing in ceiling. Found no signs of a leak. Technician augered toilet in master bathroom, did not feel resistance. If issues persist then toilet will have to be pulled for further inspection. Testing the fixtures in the basement bathroom indicates the cross connection is somewhere in the wall. Due to tiled wall against exterior wall there is no simple way to look at pipes without breaking tiling.

Technician with new shower cartridge and replaced in basement shower. Found shower continued to drip and leak still. Technician could not find manufacturer of shower valve and found sources with multiple issue for current cartridge. Also found trim does not fit as it is meant for a delta valve which is also in the bathroom. Did not charge for this visit but left quote to install new shower valve to fix issue.

Arrived at residence for leaking showerhead. Upon investigation found that the shower handle was just hard to push in and out. Removed shower handle and cleaned inside. Re-greased the interior components and tested several times. 12/11/25 Customer scheduled work to be done. Scope of work is to replace spray hose and nozzle to Kholer Kitchen faucet. Shut water off to faucet and removed compromised hose. Furnished and installed new spray hose and nozzle to kitchen faucet. Turned water on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks and we hope you enjoy your kitchen faucet.

Responded to service call regarding toilet issues at two locations: downstairs shop and upstairs office space (accessed via outside door). Identified urinal running constantly. Turned water supply off and back on to free potentially stuck actuator. Water flow stopped and unit now flushes properly. Performed multiple flush tests to confirm resolution. If issue recurs, recommend replacing entire Sloan valve assembly. Found pressure assist toilet with water continuously running even at full tank pressure. Flush performance was diminished. Contacted manufacturer for diagnostic support; they recommended cartridge replacement. Purchased and installed new cartridge. Adjusted O-ring seals to ensure proper seating and eliminate leak. Tested unit for leaks and verified full functionality restored.

Performed cartridge identification and found the kitchen faucet model is the Bellevue by Signature Hardware. Model no: 329240

Arrived at property to diagnose leak in ceiling. Upon arrival noticed what looks to be moisture in ceiling located underneath kitchen sink. Inspected underneath kitchen sink and noticed wet areas around supply lines. Used infrared camera on spot downstairs and areas temperature is consistent throughout. Water will pool in area on kitchen sink countertop near caulking. Further inspection under cabinet water looks to be traveling behind cabinets. Resealed behind kitchen faucet with caulking and informed homeowner to allow caulking to dry for full 24 hours. Revisit is recommended to cut access in ceiling to confirm no drain lines are leaking in area.

Eliminated about 30’ of 4” horizontal main cast iron in crawlspace with the worst scaling and replaced with 4” PVC. Replaced a couple of 4” wyes, tying back into 3” pipes for kitchen and laundry, dug into dirt to replace bend where stoppages were occurring to eliminate scaled pipe and increase slope. Tested drains by filling up sinks and tub and draining with toilets flushing. *Please be aware than this job cannot be credited towards the full replacement of cast iron in crawlspace.

Called and finalized details on heat pump water heater

12/10/25 Customer called about a leaking shower head. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 68psi. Thermal expansion tank is functioning properly as well. Removed shower head a tests for leaks. Water stops and NO Leaks. Advised customer to keep monitoring and to call when issue persists. Will leave estimate for repairs in attachment.

Arrived at residence for leak in the yard. Upon investigation found that leak is coming right near foundation. Dug down to main waterline pipe and found that leak was on a PVC coupling. Cut back PVC and drained down the line. Installed a chief adapter, then continued from the PVC to copper mainline into the house. Allowed time for a glue to dry and then turned the system back on. Tested system and found no leaks. Put back soil to best of ability and watched meter for a little. System is back to normal operation. 12/9/25 Customer called to have estimate for removing garbage disposal. TP arrived and tested unit and found it to be nonfunctional. Customer approved to remove disposal and repipe drains underneath kitchen sink. Removed compromised disposal. Repiped drains underneath kitchen sink and tested for leaks by conducting drop tests. NO Leaks, and kitchen sink is fully operational. Will leave estimate for shower head filter installation and kitchen sink replacement in attachments.

Arrived at residence to complete flushing of previously installed whole home water filter. Performed flushing as stated in manual. Tested water and water is coming back clear. Turned on water to home and purged the lines. Still may be some air in the lines. This is nothing to worry about and system is back to normal operation. Arrived at property to replace whole house water filtration system. Shut off on bypass has been turned off to install new filter. New filter for AP-801-C has been installed and water has been restored to property through filter. Filter has been flushed for up to 10 minutes. Static reassure to residence is 61 psi. Note: It is recommended to contact third party Professional Water Testing company for detail report on water quality.

Upon arrival, an inspection was performed to address a leaking refrigerator shutoff valve located under the kitchen sink. The appliance technician confirmed that the valve continuously leaks even in the off position and recommended replacement. During safety checks, including a whole-home pressure test and inspection of the thermal expansion tank, it was discovered that the thermal expansion tank had failed and was installed improperly. The home’s water pressure was measured at 60 PSI, which is within the healthy range of 40 to 70 PSI. While inspecting the water heater, it was noted that the unit was manufactured in June 2006, making it nearly 20 years old, which is beyond the average lifespan of a typical tank-style water heater. Although the water heater is currently functioning and not leaking, replacement is recommended due to its age and the potential for future failure.

Arrived on site to investigate low water pressure at the kitchen faucet. Tested the whole-home water pressure and found it to be 35 PSI. Tested the thermal expansion tank above the water heater and confirmed that it is functioning properly. Removed the kitchen faucet sprayer head to check for blockages and found none. With the sprayer head disconnected, the water pressure improved, indicating that the sprayer head is likely faulty internally. Because the faucet is a Kohler model with a lifetime warranty, the customer was advised to contact Kohler for a free replacement part, which can be easily swapped out.

Arrived at residence for clogged toilet. After investigation found the best course of action was to use an auger. Angered the toilet and pulled back some toilet paper. Flushed the toilet and everything went down. Flushed the toilet several more times to test and toilet is working with normal operation. Provided estimates for RO systems.

Water was turned off to home prior to arrival. Water was leaking from garage ceiling beneath the upstairs primary bathroom and hallway bedroom bathroom. Shower cartridge in hallway bedroom bathroom had loosened and appears to be the source of the leak. Cut drywall in ceiling below to verify if the leak was coming from something else. The toilet in the hallway bedroom bathroom was leaking around the toilet flange when flushed. No other leaks on any water lines or drain lines were found. Reset Delta shower cartridge and reinstalled shower trim. No warranty for shower cartridge if issues occur. Pulled toilet and found that the toilet flange was below the finished floor height and the existing wax ring seal was not compressed. Installed a new toilet flange. Reset toilet with a new wax ring and supply line. Checked for leaks. No leaks were found. The shower cartridge appears to have caused the water damage tonight and the previous water stains appeared to be from the toilet. Recommended

Arrived at property to diagnose multiple toilets occasionally gurgling. Toilets are gurgling periodically when master bathroom shower is used for extended period of time. Preformed fill test in bathtub and flushed toilets simultaneously to test drainage of fixtures. Fixtures are draining properly and no gurgling can be seen. Ran shower continuously for 10 minutes and used 5gal bucket to confirm no clog is present in shower drain. Unable to recreate gurgling in toilet. All fixtures in bathroom have been tested. Checked attic and venting looks to be in proper working order. All fixtures in bathroom have been tested. Note: Recommended to have venting scoped to confirm no blockages are present. Please refer to attached estimate to install new air admittance valve (AAV) if gurgling persist in bathroom to increase airflow of bathroom system.

Existing water heater leaking from the tank. Toilet in primary bathroom is gurgling when other fixtures in the same bathroom are used. Performed the following work: Pulled toilet in primary bathroom. Used a drain camera to inspect the drain line. The drain was clogged and the drain camera cleared the stoppage. The stoppage was most likely tissue. Found that the drain pipe has minimal slope and many turns before is connects to the stack. This is likely where tissue is getting held up. Due to the long horizontal run of drain pipes and it’s location in the floor joists, it may not be able to be corrected. Therefore, recommended investing in a bidet and minimizing the amount of tissue paper that is flushed down the drain. However, if the issue continues, further diagnostics can be done to address the issue. Replaced existing 50 gal gas water heater, thermal expansion tank, gas supply line, recirculation pump, and pressure reducing valve. Checked for leaks and proper operation.
