Ryan founded True Plumbing in 2014 from the ground up, one job at a time. His vision was simply to build a plumbing service where the customer experience is at the heart of all operations. Having spent many years in the field alongside customers and fellow tradesmen, he also became acutely aware that the best way to achieve excellence in customer service is to create a values-based work environment where employees are treated with fairness and generosity.

Paul has contributed a great amount to the solid foundation True Plumbing is built on. Prior to True Plumbing, he grew a successful national retail chain by maintaining a keen sense for the customer and employee experience. Paul has a unique ability for maintaining and improving business operations.

Kim Finch, Office Manager

Kim joined the True Plumbing team after managing operations for a local restaurant with three locations. Her smile brightens the office everyday while she keeps everything running smoothly.

Kim has played a large role in helping True Plumbing operate more efficiently and is truly an integral part of the team!

Sean Nelson, Technical Field Manager, Plumbing License JP507333

Sean started his career in plumbing in 2015 after discharging from Active Duty with the U.S Army. He enrolled and graduated from a 5 year program at Local #519 Joint Plumbers Apprenticeship School for the United Association out of Miami, FL. Over the years Sean gained experience with new construction, high-rise commercial, light commercial, and residential plumbing. Sean is currently a Staff Sergeant in the U.S Army Reserves and serves as a plumbing instructor in Fort Jackson, South Carolina. As Technical Manager, Sean loves supporting his team and providing a great experience for customers.

A note from our founder

Led by a passion for working with my hands and solving problems, I began learning our ancient and essential skill from the ground level as a plumbing apprentice in Atlanta in 2013. Because of my love for the trade and the Atlanta community, I quickly saw the inefficiencies in many local plumbing companies that often lead to a sub-par customer experience.  I vowed to build an operation that would embody my core values with the goal of attracting the most talented plumbers and happy customers.  

We take our clean water, our comfortable hot showers and our waste disposal for granted. But without incoming and outgoing water to our homes, modern civilization wouldn’t be possible. When pipes, toilets, and fixtures break down, we realize life is tough without plumbing, and these situations can often get dangerous.  That is why we are passionate about prompt, professional service so you can get back to living your best life.

Today we are a growing full-service plumbing company with an outstanding in-house team, and I am proud to be continually improving our service offerings. 

Because of my challenges and lessons along the way, I have a strong gratitude for all of the tradespeople, mentors, friends, family, and customers who have helped shape and support my vision.
