Photographic documentation captured significant mold/mildew growth along structural corner crack with accumulation of light-colored powdery substance, indicating potential water intrusion requiring remediation.

Performed smoke test on plumbing system. Verified proper CPVC pipe installation in attic space, checking levelness of components. Inspected insulation surrounding pipes between joists and documented condition with photos.

Customer experiencing a main stoppage and sewage is overflowing from the outside cleanout near the home. Used sewer machine to clear stoppage. The sewer line is now draining. Stoppage occurred about 30’ from the cleanout. It appears that there are roots growing into the pipe. Recommended customer not flush any tissues down the drain at this time and use drains as little as possible. Jetting service will be performed tomorrow to clear away roots and further asses the issue within the sewer line. Discount approved from Paul

1/20/26 Customer called about an issue with a trip lever on a Kohler toilet. TP arrived and found that it is a pressurized Kholer toilet(UPC-K4645). Cut a section of rubber sleeve on trip lever, to allow more metal to metal contact. Flushed several times and trip lever is functional. If issue persists then swapping out pressurized tank to a normal style is advised.

Payment: Check Furnish and install (4) new basket strainers. This price also includes replacing all the pvc pipe associated with each compartment drain if necessary. We will replace the 2” ptrap as well if necessary to make new connections. Thoroughly test each drain. Schedule for January 19th, 1-5pm

Customer looking for water heater quote. Technician inspected water heater and found it was leaking from the tank. Checked water pressure to home and found t was at a safe level at 63psi. Sent quote to replace water heater.

Homeowner called for gurgling in master bathroom toilet. Arrived at property to inspect toilet. Homeowner stated that when shower is running for extended period of time toilet can be heard gurgling. Recommended to perform camera inspection to discern if a clog is present in line. Checked pressure to property and static psi is 65. Pulled toilet to perform camera inspection. Upon inspection, main sewer line can be seen holding small amount of water for about a 20-25’ section in main branch arm of bathroom group. When excess water is being used, gurgling may be present in toilet because of standing water in line. Recommend recommended to homeowner to use more water at fixtures so all debris can more smoothly travel down line. Set toilet with new wax ring and tested toilet. Used caulking around bottom of toilet to seal and secure. Please refer to attach camera inspection for full scope.

Starting price to perform smoke test as means of diagnostics to look for source of smell in master bathroom shower. May have to cut Sheetrock if smoke is coming from walls which true plumbing is not responsible for repairing any cut walls. Cannot guarantee source will be found with this method especially due to smell seemingly emanating from a fully tiled in shower. — Returned to complete estimate on smoke test. I could smell the stench, almost a mildew/sewer gas smell. I pulled the toilet and performed a smoke test, using 6 smoke test bombs. Each time, I did not see any smoke omitting from anywhere. Smoke was escaping from the vent on the roof as it should. My best guess is it is a shower pan issue, with holding water, and each time water is running it “activates” the smell. Possibly some pockets of water in the pan if it’s not properly sloped. Recommended restoration company to examine with special equipment

Upon arrival at the residence, we investigated a potential mainline sewer backup issue. The customer reported that the lowest floor toilet and bathtub were overflowing with sewage, and water was seeping from under the toilet, possibly due to plunger use causing water to breach the wax ring. After presenting available options, the customer authorized drain cleaning services. We initially attempted flex shaft drain cleaning through the crawl space cleanout, but this proved unsuccessful. A camera inspection revealed the drain was completely filled with standing water and encountered a significant obstruction approximately halfway down the hill. We located the camera head at only two feet deep and excavated to expose what we discovered was a broken cleanout with extensive root intrusion that had completely clogged the PVC drain line. Given the late hour, we broke apart the cleanout to provide immediate relief to the sewer system, concluding day one of service. On day two, we further expo
