Issue: Customer reported toilet gurgling for several weeks, then stopped flushing. Running any fixtures caused gurgling. Service Performed: Opened both front yard cleanouts (near home and street). Both were holding water. Performed flex shaft drain cleaning from both locations but unable to clear blockage. Findings: Based on snake distance, clog is in city main pipe or city connection. Customer’s sewer line is in good condition. Recommendation: Advised customer to contact city for assessment of main drainpipe. Preventative Measure: Left cleanout caps loose to allow overflow outside rather than inside to prevent interior damage.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Arrived on site to install a cleanout access through the basement ceiling beneath the kitchen sink to address a long-term significant grease blockage in the drain pipe servicing the upstairs bathroom and main floor kitchen sink. After protecting the work area with plastic sheeting, cut the drywall ceiling to access the drain pipe. Noted the kitchen sink drain pipes run from outside to inside due to the overhang above the basement, complicating cleanout installation. Relocated the P-traps from the basement ceiling to under the kitchen sink for a more standard setup. Installed a new air admittance valve and repurposed the right side sink’s drain pipe as the cleanout access, redesigning the cleanout piping with 45-degree angles using 2-inch PVC to allow larger drain snakes. Tied in the left side drain pipe with standard fittings. Carefully removed old piping with a bucket to catch sewage water, avoiding drywall damage and spills. Inpected plumbing to quote repiping kitchen and whole home to eliminate polybutylene. Water pressure to home is at a safe level but can replace PRV at customers request. Waived dispatch due to office not mentioning.

Customer experiencing a leak through old water service line entry. Applied hydraulic cement around pipe to help prevent water from leaking around it. However, if water continues to leak around it, recommended customer contact a foundation waterproofing company as this outside our scope of work. No leaks on the new water service were detected.

Performed camera inspection of sewer line for real estate transaction. Pulled toilet in basement bathroom. Inspected all the way to the main sewer line outside the property. Do not see any issues with sewer line at this time. Thermal expansion tank is not properly supported. Provided estimate to properly install. Upstairs hall bathroom bathtub is draining slow - provided estimate.

Arrived at property for further inspection of main sewer line. Please refer to attached estimates for main sewer line. Updated estimate has been provided for double wye connection.

Basement toilet pump was flashing that that the basin was full of water and not pumping out. Removed lid and found pump switch to be covered giving sensors a false reading which shut down the pump. Seal lid and test. Pump is functional.

Customer called for two toilets leaking at property. Arrived at property to diagnose. Pulled both toilets to reset. Both toilet flanges are holding water, indicating a partial blockage. Preformed inspection with camera. Camera was able to clear partial blockage. Reason for blockage is double wye connection. Located connection to be in men’s bathroom, under vanity/wall. Please refer to estimate to replace fitting. Advised customer to use more water when flushing toilets in women’s bathroom. Reset toilets with new wax ring and supply lines. Tested toilets before caulking. System is working properly. Static pressure to property is 96psi. Please refer to attached estimate to replace regulator valve. Note: Estimate for double wye replacement will be sent once excavation team provides estimate for concrete removal.

Toilet in womens restroom was not flushing correctly. Technician rebuilt flushometer with new 1.6GPF diaphragm and vacuum breaker. Reassembled flushometer and tested for proper operation and to ensure no leaks were present.

Return visit to backfill dirt from previous visit.

Leak at water meter. Dig up near meter and found that black iron pipe was used as a nipple between the double check valve and the shut off valve that was buried. Cut pipe to try to remove black iron from the check valve. Threads broke off in check valve as the iron pipe was too rusted. There was a brace holding the check valve making it impossible to replace. Cut brace and replaced check valve. Installed meter nipple onto meter. Reconnect water service. Turned on water and tested for leaks. Found a leak between the curbcock and the meter. Contacted Gwinnett water resources and let them know about the issue. Gwinnett will send tech to fix meter.

Arrived to clear drain servicing upstairs shower, faucets, and downstairs kitchen. Attempted drain cleaning from attic vent, left side vanity in master bath, downstairs accessible drain pipe, and finally the kitchen drain pipe. I was finally able to clear the clog through the kitchen drain pipe.

10/23/25 Customer called about a leaking kitchen faucet. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 55psi. Age of water heater is over 10 years and customer stated an issue in the past. Will leave estimate for replacement. Inspected underneath kitchen sink and found a rusted out garbage disposal. Customer stated unit is about 20 years old. Will leave estimate for replacement. Tested shut off valves to kitchen faucet and dishwasher. Water supply is present to both valves. Found a leak on hot water valve to kitchen faucet. Tested kitchen faucet is not hold hot water when on the off position. Advised to replace hot water shut off to kitchen faucet and a replacement for fixture as well. Will leave estimate for repairs in attachments.

10/20/25 Customer called about a leak in ceiling. Leak is underneath bathroom on second floor. Customer made hole in ceiling and has exposed pipes. Found signs of water damage in subfloor. Ran water in bathroom above leak. Was not able to recreate leak. Advised to continue to monitor and call when leak occurs again. Customer stated that toilet in main bathroom and faucet on left sink are having issues. Adjusted chain and water level on toilet and it is fully operational. Can not find any identifying markers for faucet. Advised to replace faucet.

Customer called for PVC pipe on exterior of property dripping water. Customer is concerned about a leak from condensation lines. Smaller 1/2” line on exterior of property looks to be from thermal expansion valve on water heater. Checked pressure to property. Static pressure is at 79 psi. Performed pressure drop test on lavatory faucet to test regulator. Pressure dropped to 61 psi. Recommended to replace current pressure regulator valve and set pressure to 65psi. With pressure at 79psi, every time water heater heats water the pressure will rise past 80psi, in turn letting water out of expansion valve. Replace current pressure regulator valve and set pressure to 65 psi. Current thermal expansion valve is still dripping water. Expansion valve will there in after need replaced. Please refer to attached estimate for replacement.

Drain down water heater and replace boiler drain. No guarantees on work completed due to lack of expansion tank which causes extended pressure on the system. Provided options for replacement.

Arrived to provide estimate for hose bibb. Provided estimate and customer had us install a hose bibb in the warehouse. Supported piping with drywall anchors.

Emailed updated estimates for water heater replacements. Technician waived dispatch fee.

Upon arrival, found a tub drain snake stuck in the shower drain. Pulled toilet next to shower to run camera and sewer machine to find the snake and clear clog. When running the camera, found that camera ran up to the other toilet. This indicates that a double sanitary tee or a double wye was installed in the slab. Reset toilet. Will need to reschedule to have another technician help get sewer machine and camera into attic to scope and snake through the drain from the vent.

Upon arrival, men’s restroom in shipping warehouse was experiencing a main line stoppage. Pulled toilet second from the left side. Used flex shaft machine to clear stoppage and remove paper towel stuck in the pipe. This took multiple passes with the machine. Used camera to verify stoppage is cleared. Reset toilet, and flushed every toilet verifying everything draining as it should.

Rebuilt flushometer in women's restroom with new 1.6gpf diaphragm, vacuum breaker, seals and gaskets, to stop hissing sound. Reassembled flushometer and tested all connections to ensure no leaks were present and that toilet had a proper flush and hissing sound was gone.

Found commercial toilet in womens bathroom is hissing due to failed internals on flushometer, quoted to rebuild flushometer with 1.6gpf internals.

Customer called for leak and master bathroom shower. Arrived at property to diagnose. Current Kohler shower appears to need new cartridge. Water can be seen coming out of sprayer wall shower is completely off. static water pressure to property is 95 psi. Please refer to attached estimates to replace current pressure regulator valve and replace Kohler cartridge. Customer stated they would like multiple estimates.
