Arrived to investigate issues with toilet not flushing. On-site contact opted to have us attempt to auger the toilet. Attempted auger service multiple times to try to address flow issues. Tested for flow, and found issues were still present. Provided estimate for drain cleaning in which I offered to credit auger towards next step. Spoke with owner over the phone and he opted not to have the service completed today. Credit is for work completed today, if customer calls to have work completed later, credit will not apply.
Removal of old galvanized pipes under hallway, bathroom, sink, and installation of new copper pipes up through the bottom of cabinet with new cut offs. Drilling into the tile beside the toilet, and installing new cut off copper pipe for toilet valve.
Arrived at residence and performed quoted work. Cut water off to home and removed old galvanized piping. Replace galvanized piping with new copper piping and new cut offs. Turned water back onto property and tested for leaks found. Water is working the normal operation again. Thank you for choosing True plumbing for all your plumbing needs!
Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. Tested expansion tank and found it was faulty. Replaced and supported with banding iron.
Tested water pressure and found it was at 50psi. Also found the water heater was 13yrs old. Provided replacement options due to age.

Arrived to investigate issues with bar sink drain leaking. I found the basket strainer was faulty, and I replaced with a new one. Installed its new seals on top and bottom, and reconnected to existing P trap.
Tested house pressure and found it was 60psi. Healthy pressure is 45-75psi. Tankless water heater looks relatively new. Offered option to service tankless water heater.

Arrived at residence to perform quoted work of cast-iron pipe, removal and old galvanized waterlines removal. Started by removing all old cast-iron pipe and replacing with new PVC pipe. Next turned water off to home and removed all the galvanized piping coming up through the floor. Cut back to good usable copper and installed new copper lines. Cut water back onto home tested for leaks found none. Copper lines are currently capped in the kitchen awaiting cabinet installation. Once cabinets are installed true plumbing will return to install shutoff valves. Thank you for choosing true plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
Scope of work is to furnish and install new main water service to property. replacement is necessary due to leak on original galvanized waterline. Uncovered main water service at meter and had foundation of property. Turned off water and disconnected current waterline. Used to horizontal drilling machine to install new 1 inch PEX main service line. Use existing foundation penetration for new main water service. Made new connections at meter and existing copper inside of property. Use hydraulic cement on interior and exterior to seal and secure new waterline. Tested connections and system is working properly. Property is at full pressure and excavated areas have been backfilled. Pressure test has been performed and static psi is 70.
Note: performing sewer scope inspection route intrusion can be seen in main sewer line. Root intrusion is at connection point between PVC cleanout and original sewer pipe. Tree roots are not cleared from sewer line a blockage in residence will occur in fut
Customer called for leak on thermal expansion tank. Arrived at property to inspect. Thermal expansion tank can be seen having a pinhole leak. Scope of work is to replace current thermal expansion tank. Static pressure is 70 psi. New expansion tank has been pressurized to 75 psi. New expansion tank has been properly supported. Restored water to heater and system is working properly. Water heater is from 2021.
Customer called for leak in front yard of property. Arrived at property and leak can be seen pooling in yard. Water is currently off to property upon arrival. Inspected main water service entering property. Main water service is galvanized steel. Due to material of piping a replacement water service will be recommended. Please refer to attached estimate for scope of work to install new main water service.

Customer called about a high water bill. Customer stated city came out and read meter. City determined leak is homeowners responsibility. True plumbing arrived and inspected meter box. Found standing water in box. Isolated water service line and verified a leak on water service to home. Inspected all toilets in home and found no other issues. Customer stated no other issues on remaining fixtures. Will leave estimate for service in attachment.
Max arrived during during the scheduled window and had an estimate for me promptly. I approved the work and had a new water heater up to code later that afternoon. Thanks to all at True Plumbing for getting me back in to hot water.
Customer was experiencing no hot water and leak around water heater. Technician checked water heater and found insulation behind jacket was wet indicating a failed tank, also found water heater was from 2007, technician also found water pressure to home was about 90psi.
Work performed as follows:
Shut down water to home, drained and hauled away old water heater, provided and installed new water heater with new isolation valve, thermal expansion tank which was mounted and secured per code requirements, and new gas valve and pigtail. Replaced Pressure Regulating Valve to correct water pressure, reinstated water to home and purged as much air out as possible, tested all installed components and set new water pressure to 65psi, lit pilot light on water heater and set to approximately 120°F.
