Prv and angle stop Furnish and installed new angle stop for powder room toilet, also replaced the fill valve at no charge. Furnish and installed new 3/4” pressure regulator valve in crawl space. While in crawl space, noticed the ice maker is discharging directly into the crawl space, with no drain for it to connect to. Once I research this unit I can provide an estimate to properly install. Restored water to the home, verified everything operating as it should.

Customer was experiencing stoppage affecting whole home, technician initially ran sewer machine from clean-out to get relief as basement fixtures were lower than clean-out. After getting relief gave options to jet or dig up and install clean-out where roots have grown in, ran jetter for a few hours as roots were a bigger issue than anticipated, removed about 5’ of roots, but was unable to remove the last bit as they were bigger than what jetter could cut through. Next step would be to either dig up and install clean-out or perform recurring jetting services with root killer in between. (Customer will need to pour root killer well before scheduled jetting).

Bled more air out of the hot water return line at the water heater after the pump. Should this problem continue, or next step would be to install a proper dedicated recirculation pump, as the current existing pump is not meant for a dedicated return line. After bleeding the air, confirmed hot water is arriving to right side of the home in a timely manner.

Furnish and install two new water heaters. We will then rework the water lines so they are plumbed in parallel. This includes 4 new isolation valves. New thermal expansion tank. We will also be replacing the gas supply to both heaters as well. Customer has an existing recirculating pump, price does not include a new pump. 6 year warranty on new water heaters. Provided estimate on replacing whole house shutoff valve and regulator valve, as well as replacing some pressurized pvc pipe. Customer paid via check

Toilet in hallway bathroom is clogged and not flushing. Used a toilet auger to clear stoppage inside of toilet. Toilet is now flushing properly.

Water heater is actively leaking. Due to both heaters the same age, replacement of both units is recommended. Work accepted, we will credit back the trip charge for todays visit. Return tomorrow to install new heaters.

Customer states they were having symptoms of a main sewer line clog. Presented camera inspection as a first step. From cleanouts in crawl space, we inspected branch drain lines, and also inspected the main sewer line outside the home. We do not see any active stoppage at this time. Recommended avoiding using thick toilet paper or any flushable wipes. If happens again we will have to do additional diagnostic work. Customer paid check

Arrived at residence to perform quoted work of installing new bathtub drain. Removed old drain and cleaned area. Installed new drain and then tested several different times. Flushed new Halo Ultimate water filter per manufacturer specs. Verified no sediment anymore and water is clear.

Furnish and install halo h20 ultimate. Includes new regulator valve. Reworked water lines to accommodate new filtration system. Painted the backer boards to blend into the area. Return on Thursday to insulate the pipes and to turn the filtration on after the soaking period.

Replacement of 47-gallon lowboy electric water heater located in loft/storage area. Due to shallow, tall stairs and the water heater’s width exceeding stair dimensions, standard removal and installation is not possible. To safely access the loft area, we will remove a section of railing closest to the front door to create an access point. We will then mount a chain hoist at the most secure location, likely the front corner post, though the final location will be determined on-site for optimal safety. A 2x12 lumber ramp will be installed from the floor to the carpeted loft area to guide the water heater and protect the drywall during the hoisting operation. We will drain the existing water heater and lower the old unit using the chain hoist system. The old water heater will be hauled away upon job completion. The new water heater will be hoisted into the loft area using the same rigging system. We will remove the existing water heater valve and replace all CPVC piping with new copper

Arrived at residence to fix broken tub stopper. Upon investigation found that a specialty tub drain would need to be ordered in order to replace. Fixed and reset drain tested for leaks. Found none. This includes replacement of the hose bib located on the backside of the property under the porch. The current hose bib has a hose connected too tightly to be removed, requiring the existing unit to be cut out from the outside. We will solder off the old hose bib and install a threaded male adapter, then thread on a new quarter-turn ball valve as an upgrade from the old multi-turn hose bib. The male adapter design allows for easy future service, though it may protrude slightly from the old hole despite our best efforts to seal it properly. This option also includes performing a tankless water heater flush service. Installed customer supplied booster pump on existing reverse osmosis system. Tested pump for proper operation. Pump turns on and off properly when water is ran in the fridge. Recommend customer observe the freezer to see if it now will produce ice with adequate pressure. In the basement bathroom - toilet is not draining and when the shower is in use, it’s gurgling from the toilet and backing up. Pulled the toilet in the basement bathroom. Used flex shaft machine to clear the stoppage. Once stoppage was cleared, inspected the line with a sewer camera. The basement plumbing is connected to a sewer ejector pump. The pump is operating as it should. The drain line from the basement bathroom to the sewer ejector basin is not installed properly. The drain line does not have proper slope from the bathroom to the pump basin. We also noticed a lot of dirt/rocks inside the pipe which is from when the drain was installed. We believe the dirt under and around the drain pipe was not properly covered and compacted. And due to the weight of the slab has caused the pipe to settle. Home is only a few years old and should not be having these type of issues. Due to the extreme back slope in the drain pipe, this basement bathroom is not useable. We also noticed the sewer

Customer was experiencing bad tasting water, technician checked whole home water filter in crawlspace and found the bypass valve had been left in the on position. Technician shut valve off and recommended waiting at least a few days for water to clear up before considering swapping filter. Water pressure is at a safe level at 76psi. Found water heater is from 2004, left quote on replacing water heater.

Arrived at residence for a clogged toilet. Upon investigation found that a sponge had been flushed and is lodged inside the toilet. Cut off water to the toilet and removed toilet. Augured out the sponge and removed. Reinstalled toilet and tested for leaks. Found none toilet has been recently caulked. Please do not use for 2 to 3 hours. Customer called to replace angle stop for hot side of kitchen sink. Customer stated angle stop valve has a slight drip and would like it replaced. Arrived at property to diagnose. Units at residence do not have individual shut off valves for property. Located shut off valve for building unit. Informed customer to reschedule when next building shutdown is. 11/5/25 Customer called to have a Moen Flo installed. Unit is customer supplied and can not be warranted by TP. Turned water off to home and drained system. Furnished and installed a 3/4 Moen Flo. Advised customer to set up profile with Moen Flo. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO LEAKS. Home pressure is safe at 75psi.
