Completed follow-up visit to restore concrete pavers in driveway area following previous excavation work. Reinstalled large-format gray concrete pavers in grid pattern, ensuring proper alignment and seam spacing, and backfilled disturbed soil areas along the driveway perimeter to return the surface to its original condition.
Completed sewer line replacement as specified in approved quote. Excavated trench through clay soil, removed deteriorated existing sewer pipe, and installed new white PVC sewer line with proper fittings and connections. All work performed to code specifications and site restored upon completion.
Responded to customer report of slow drip from bathroom faucet. Disassembled two-handle faucet assembly and inspected internal components. Replaced worn cartridge valve with damaged rubber seals that was causing the leak, reassembled faucet, and verified proper operation with no further dripping.
Completed hydro-jetting service to clear severely blocked drain line with heavy scale and sediment buildup visible throughout pipe interior. Installed new pump system with insulated discharge piping, properly sealed wall penetrations, and verified all connections for proper operation and code compliance.
Responded to a service call for two separate sink issues. Successfully cleared a complete drain blockage in the first sink by removing accumulated hair, soap residue, and organic debris from the drain line. Diagnosed and restored water flow to the second sink experiencing low pressure issues. Both fixtures were tested and confirmed to be operating properly upon completion.
Performed sewer scope inspection on residential property utilizing existing exterior cleanout access point. Camera inspection completed through main sewer line to assess pipe condition, identify any blockages, and evaluate overall system integrity.
Installed new pressure regulating valve (PRV) in customer's water supply system, connecting to existing PEX and PVC piping within the wall cavity. Accessed plumbing through wall opening, replaced failed valve component with proper fittings and ensured secure connections to prevent leaks.

Inspected and replaced corroded hot water valve that was showing significant mineral buildup and staining in the housing. Customer also reported reduced hot water duration; recommended water heater flush service as preventative maintenance to address this separate issue.
