Completed routine HVAC maintenance on two systems. The Lennox unit exhibited extensive contamination requiring immediate attention. Upon inspection, discovered heavily soiled air filter with significant dust and debris accumulation throughout the filter media, indicating extended operation beyond recommended replacement interval. Observed severe corrosion on refrigerant lines and cabinet components, with substantial rust buildup at pipe penetrations and orange-brown oxidation across metal housing surfaces. Greenish patina present on copper tubing indicating prolonged moisture exposure. Equipment components showed signs of environmental deterioration requiring comprehensive cleaning and future monitoring. Documented conditions with photographic evidence for maintenance records and recommended follow-up service to address corrosion issues and restore system to optimal operating condition.

My AC went out overnight in the middle of a heat wave. I’ve used True for plumbing in the past and called them after the other HVAC company I had a service plan with wouldn’t come out to assess / repair for 6 days. (Hint - cancelling said service contract.) true came out same day. Fixed everything with a very thorough explanation of what needed to be done. They were already my go to for a plumbing and now they will be my only call for HVAC.

I had an underground leak in the water supply line. Gary arrived on schedule, provided quotes and explained that the scope of work could change if certain pipe materials had been used. He promptly dug and found the leak, repaired the pipe and covered it back up. He was friendly and efficient and appeared to know exactly what he was doing. Would definitely use these guys again. I didn’t get other quotes for the work so I’m guessing how the price would compare, gave pricing 4 stars.
