11/26/25 Customer called about a broken hose bib and to change trim on shower. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home, and found it to be safe at 60psi. Shut water off to hose bib. Cut out and removed compromised hose bib. Furnished and installed a new ball valve hose bib. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks. Will leave quotes for shower in attachments.
Arrived at residence for leak in sons bathroom. Upon my investigation found no active leaking in the area. Tested bathtub drain and sink drain for any leaking and was unable to re-create the leak. It is in my best opinion that the leak was coming from a improperly set toilet, and was flowing between the subfloor and the tile and leaking down the toilet supply pipe as it is the only hole not caulked in the bathroom. Customer stated a leak was coming from the foundation right where the main water line enters the home. Doug, a 5 feet hole finding the waterline. found that the water service was bent at a sharp angle causing too much stress on the pipe leaving a pinhole leak. Hammered out the old waterline, slipping in the new pex line through the foundation connecting it back to the house.
Will special order hansgrohe cartridge to replace in kitchen faucet. Water pressure to home is at a safe level at 45psi.
Remove old tank water heater in laundry room. Install new Navien tankless water heater in garage. Cut open drywall to access water lines. Connect recirculation return line to heater. Drill through wall to outside to run vent, condensation and tnp lines. Insulated water lines. Ran water and tested for leaks. No leaks detected.
Customers water meter located inside closet of garage, was leaking for several days according to the tenant. This leak cause damage to the existing water heater. Work completed as follows: Furnish and installed new 50 gallon gas water heater. Includes new thermal expansion tank with proper support. Furnish and installed new 3/4” regulator valve. Removed leaking water meter until new one can be replaced. Customer responsible for notifying their HOA about no water meter in the mean time until new one arrives, whether through true plumbing or different entity. We will provide estimate on new meter.
Psi 70 Thermal expansion tank above water heater started to leak. Customer shut off water to heater. Pumped new expansion tank up to 70 psi and replaced old tank. Turned on water and checked for leaks. No leaks detected.
Arrived at residence for leaking toilets. Upon investigation found different issues in each toilet. In two toilets, replaced the fill valve and supply lines. Checked for leaks found none. In other toilets replaced the flappers and cleaned, mold and algae growth inside of tanks. Fixed different sink stoppers through the house and also tightened different handles for faucets in the house. Investigated thoroughly through house looking for leak and was unable to find anything. Shut water off the home and then tested meter by turning it back on and seeing if it ran. Meter no longer ran. How is pressure is sitting in a safe 70 psi. Arrived at residence to provide estimate options for replacing water heater or potentially upgrading water heater.
Customer was experiencing a backup and water flowing out between toilet and floor. Technician pulled toilet and ran flexshaft until cleared, ran camera and found a root intrusion outside in back yard. Reattached flange to pipe, reset toilet with new wax ring, supply line, toilet bolts and caps. Tested and caulked around base of toilet. See quote for permanent repair.
