Responded to emergency call for exploded 40-gallon gas water heater in basement. Inspected damaged unit, surrounding plumbing infrastructure, and confirmed failure of tank integrity. Installed replacement gas water heater, reconnected copper and galvanized piping with appropriate fittings, and secured all connections to structural joists with proper metal strapping per code requirements.
Successfully installed customer-supplied under-sink water filtration system with four sequential filter cartridges (color-coded green, blue, yellow, and white). Connected system to existing plumbing using PVC piping and flexible hoses, ensuring proper integration with sink drain assembly and P-trap configuration.
Responded to emergency call for basement pipe burst. Upon inspection, identified copper pipe failure in wall cavity requiring access panel creation.
