In the basement bathroom - toilet is not draining and when the shower is in use, it’s gurgling from the toilet and backing up. Pulled the toilet in the basement bathroom. Used flex shaft machine to clear the stoppage. Once stoppage was cleared, inspected the line with a sewer camera. The basement plumbing is connected to a sewer ejector pump. The pump is operating as it should. The drain line from the basement bathroom to the sewer ejector basin is not installed properly. The drain line does not have proper slope from the bathroom to the pump basin. We also noticed a lot of dirt/rocks inside the pipe which is from when the drain was installed. We believe the dirt under and around the drain pipe was not properly covered and compacted. And due to the weight of the slab has caused the pipe to settle. Home is only a few years old and should not be having these type of issues. Due to the extreme back slope in the drain pipe, this basement bathroom is not useable. We also noticed the sewer

Customer was experiencing bad tasting water, technician checked whole home water filter in crawlspace and found the bypass valve had been left in the on position. Technician shut valve off and recommended waiting at least a few days for water to clear up before considering swapping filter. Water pressure is at a safe level at 76psi. Found water heater is from 2004, left quote on replacing water heater.

Arrived at residence for a clogged toilet. Upon investigation found that a sponge had been flushed and is lodged inside the toilet. Cut off water to the toilet and removed toilet. Augured out the sponge and removed. Reinstalled toilet and tested for leaks. Found none toilet has been recently caulked. Please do not use for 2 to 3 hours. Customer called to replace angle stop for hot side of kitchen sink. Customer stated angle stop valve has a slight drip and would like it replaced. Arrived at property to diagnose. Units at residence do not have individual shut off valves for property. Located shut off valve for building unit. Informed customer to reschedule when next building shutdown is. Estimate will be given if true plumbing needs to shut down water to building to change valve. Note for office: card reader could not connect for payment

11/5/25 Customer called to have a Moen Flo installed. Unit is customer supplied and can not be warranted by TP. Turned water off to home and drained system. Furnished and installed a 3/4 Moen Flo. Advised customer to set up profile with Moen Flo. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO LEAKS. Home pressure is safe at 75psi.

Psi 40 Flush tankless water heater as it has not been flushed for 5 yrs. Let customer know that flushing could cause leak as the corrosion that the flush gets rid of might be what is keeping the heat exchanger from leaking. Clean filters and dirt trap. Did not see any leaks after turning on water. Let customer know to keep an eye on heater for a couple of days. Customer has showers that go lukewarm mid shower. Checked recirculation line and found that it goes cold when the shower is run. Installed an external check valve to prevent cold water from running into the hot return line.

Inspected reverse osmosis for installing a booster pump. Parts for the installation of the pump have been ordered. Once the parts have arrived, a follow up visit can be scheduled. Trip charge waived.

Toilet in guest bathroom continually running and the shower in the guest bathroom is not fully turning off. The toilet is not a standard toilet. Repair parts for the toilet may be difficult to source. Provided options for repairs or replacements. Customer opted wait at this time, as the bathroom is set to be renovated soon. The shower valve has two isolation valves located in the crawlspace. Turned the isolation valves to the of position and the valves are shutting off the water. The valves are older. Recommended customer observe shower periodically in case the isolation valves are not holding all the way. Provided options to repair or replace the shower valve. Customer opted wait at this time, as the bathroom is set to to be renovated soon. The stop valve for the toilet in the guest bathroom is leaking from the handle. Replaced stop valve and supply line. Checked for leaks. No leaks were found. Water pressure to the home is rough 90 psi. Highly recommend replacing pressure red

Call 811 to locate utilities. Excavate existing sewer line from exit next to home to the existing SDR cleanout next to the curb in the front yard. Trench to the existing cleanout, and install new SOLIDCORE PVC piping along the length of the trench, supporting properly along the way. Adapt to cast iron from the house, and install new 4in cleanout by the home. Test everything for leaks and functionality, as well as perform a sewer inspection to verify proper slope and no separation. Seal rubber adapter fittings with concrete, and backfill sewer line with existing dirt. This price is assuming details based on another company’s sewer inspection and locate. We found depth to be 12ft at the cleanout by the street. True plumbing will likely need to remove bushes by the house. Customer experiencing a stoppage in the primary bathroom drains. Performed the following work: Used a drain camera to clear the soft tissue stoppage and inspect where the issue occurred. Area where the stoppage occurred is near the end of a long horizontal run of drain piping. This section has no slope and is slightly sloping backwards. Recommended flex shafting section. Customer opted to wait at this time. Reset toilet and checked for leaks. Emailed estimate for replacement.

Removed sewage pump lid, and pulled pump to diagnose potential issues with float switch. Shortened length, and reinstalled pump. Tested pump for flow and allowed to discharged 10 times to test before reinstalling the lid and sealing cracks with caulking. Also noticed water from around the base of the toilet and after diagnosis found that the supply line was leaking. Replaced supply line and tested thoroughly for leaks. Customer paid by check

Arrived to investigate issues with basement toilets fixtures not flowing properly. Lifted sewage pump lid to diagnose and found large clump of tissues amassed a clogged the drain pipe. I used a long screwdriver to break up all the tissues, and allowed the pump to discharge multiple times to clear them out and verify proper function. Resealed and secured sewage pump lid.

9/12/25 Customer called about a clogged kitchen sink. True plumbing arrived and tested drain. A backup happened immediately. Disassembled p-trap and cleaned drains. Reinstalled p-trap and tested sink by running water. Kitchen drain has good flow and is up and running. Will leave estimate for hose bib replacement.
