1/14/26 Customer called about it a constant drip underneath kitchen sink. TP arrived and found that customer has shut water off to all fixtures on kitchen sink. Turned water on and found a leak the supply line to the insinkerator insta hot. Replaced coupling on supply line and tested for leaks. NO Leaks.

Payment: Check Responded to service call at customer residence to investigate reported water leaking in yard. Upon arrival, observed significant water pooling near irrigation control valves located at the low point of hill, adjacent to bushes and in proximity to tree. Conducted site assessment by walking uphill from pooling area. Noted substantial ground moisture extending approximately halfway up the hill. Also observed minor moisture around meter box and surrounding area. Performed initial diagnostic testing by listening at the meter, which revealed audible hissing sound. Combined observations of pooling, moisture trail, and hissing indicated active leak in yard. Customer disclosed recent installation of new waterline and extensive irrigation work on property. Proceeded with excavation work to locate leak source. Conducted digging operations at multiple locations over approximately 1 hour but was unable to identify leak origin within property lines. Customer experiencing a drain stoppage in the primary bathroom. Pulled toilet and cleared stoppage with the sewer camera. Performed a sewer scope of the drain and did not find any issues. The drain is a very long horizontal run of piping. This can make the drain more susceptible to soft tissue clogs. Recommended limiting tissue usage. Reset toilet with a new wax ring and supply line. Checked for leaks Water pressure to the home is at 75 psi. Water leaking around water heater area appears to be from ground water. Recommended customer have a foundation waterproofing company inspect crawlspace for issues.

Removed old sump pump, provided and installed new 1/3HP sump pump, included new 1-1/2” check valve and full port shutoff valve. Tested.

Prv and angle stop Furnish and installed new angle stop for powder room toilet, also replaced the fill valve at no charge. Furnish and installed new 3/4” pressure regulator valve in crawl space. While in crawl space, noticed the ice maker is discharging directly into the crawl space, with no drain for it to connect to. Once I research this unit I can provide an estimate to properly install. Restored water to the home, verified everything operating as it should.

Customer was experiencing stoppage affecting whole home, technician initially ran sewer machine from clean-out to get relief as basement fixtures were lower than clean-out. After getting relief gave options to jet or dig up and install clean-out where roots have grown in, ran jetter for a few hours as roots were a bigger issue than anticipated, removed about 5’ of roots, but was unable to remove the last bit as they were bigger than what jetter could cut through. Next step would be to either dig up and install clean-out or perform recurring jetting services with root killer in between. (Customer will need to pour root killer well before scheduled jetting).
