Responded to high water bill complaint where customer reported no visible meter movement. Inspection revealed toilet flapper valve was not sealing properly, causing continuous water flow into bowl without visible tank movement. Replaced worn flapper valve, adjusted fill valve height, and verified proper operation. Exterior inspection confirmed no additional leaks from outdoor spigots or irrigation system.

Diagnosed and inspected leaking toilet, finding deteriorated toilet flange with significant damage, cracking, and mold buildup requiring replacement. Created wall access point to examine plumbing connections and investigated hot water temperature fluctuation issues throughout property, particularly in master shower where controls were malfunctioning.

Successfully installed new gas line with proper conduit and fittings as specified in the approved quote. Completed exterior connection to the main line, securing all joints and ensuring code compliance. Verified system integrity with pressure testing prior to finalizing installation.

Replaced leaking refrigerator water supply valve in wall-mounted Waterite box. Removed section of drywall to access valve assembly and installed new braided stainless steel supply line. Verified system pressure at 70-80 PSI after repair and confirmed no leaks.

Connected kitchen sink cold water line to Brio Bottleless Countertop Water Cooler using appropriate compression fittings and T-junction valve assembly. Installed water supply line from existing plumbing to unit, verified proper operation with no leaks at connection points.

Conducted follow-up inspection of previously installed HALO H2zero water filtration system. Verified proper operation of the complete setup including main filtration tank, secondary black water filter canister, copper supply lines, and PVC drainage components. System appears to be functioning as intended since December installation.

Identified and repaired a plumbing leak inside wall cavity near sink. Visual inspection revealed water damage on OSB backing. Performed hydrostatic pressure test post-repair, confirming system integrity with pressure holding between 80-100 PSI.

Replaced customer-supplied garbage disposal unit. Inspected plumbing system and discovered excessive water pressure (100-110 psi) as indicated by pressure gauge reading. Arrived at property to inspect RO water filter. Some standing water can be seen around water filter. Inspected all connections to RO system and ran system continuously for about 5 minutes. Checked drain cycle of water filter system and all connections are in proper working order. Inspected faucet and faucet has come slightly loose. Tightened locking nut and used caulking around base of faucet. Note: Recommended to let caulking dry for full 24 hours before adjusting position of faucet.

Scope of work is to replace main water service line to property. New PEX-A water service will be installed into property. Uncovered connections at water meter for main service line and irrigation line. Water has been turned off to property. Section of old service line has been removed for new connections. Installed new copper piping from meter. New shut off valves have been installed for new service line and irrigation line. New access has been made in foundation of property and new main service line has been connected inside of property. Restored water to property and checked connections. Water is at full pressure and no leaks. Installed new expansion tank with supporting bracket. Set expansion tank to 65psi. Hydraulic cement has been used on interior and exterior of new service line to seal and secure line. Backfilled all areas and new valve boxes have been installed. System is working properly. Water pressure to property is 64 psi. .

Cut ceiling as necessary in order to gain access to the drain pipe. Cut out the leaking fitting, and install new fitting with proper repair couplings. Run a lot of water to make sure there’s no additional leaks. —- Returned to complete proposed work. After cutting out the bad fitting, I can tell the pipes aren’t lined up plumb. The only way to properly do a glued joint repair would be rework more pipe in the ceiling and cut more ceiling out. I decided to use the rubber repair coupling. Made good connections. Snakes the shower drain upstairs at no additional cost. Ran water in shower and lavatory drain for several minutes while monitoring the new repair, no leaks. Should leaks appear, the only solution is to open up the ceiling more and replace more pipe.

Arrived at residence for pinhole leak on a hose bib pipe. Shut down water the home and removed small section of pipe. Replaced a new copper fitting turned on water to the home and tested for leaks. Customer was experiencing fixtures in home backing up again, technician reviewed all information from previous visit with manager and concluded that due to the condition of the cast iron True Plumbing cannot warranty the drain cleaning and can only recommend the cast iron replacement quoted previously as the next step towards a long term solution.

Installed (3) customer supplied, widespread lavatory faucets in the upstairs bathrooms. Tested all shutoff valves under each sink. After installation, we filled each sink up with water multiple times performing a drop test to make sure there are no small leaks of any kind on the drainage or water supply. In the kitchen ceiling - cut small hole which uncovered a very slow drip on 2” pvc pipe, We will have to return back on Monday (1-4pm window) to complete this repair. Did not charge diagnostic charge on cutting the ceiling.

Arrived at property to inspect potential clog in kitchen sink drain. Inspected drainage for kitchen sink and checked pressure to property. Static pressure to property is 65 psi. Kitchen sink is experiencing backup with water being ran for about one minute. Drain piping has been inspected and cast iron drain lines can be seen. Kitchen sink has been filed and toilet has been tested at the same time to confirm if sink is the only affected fixture of clog. While kitchen sink is filled up, toilet will not flush and water remains stagnant in bowl. This is indicating a clog in main drain line to property. Pulled toilet to perform camera inspection on main sewer line. Camera inspection has been performed and drain line is submerged. Cleared blockage in main line with camera and preformed inspection. Cast iron main line is showing signs indicating a replacement is necessary. Cast iron can be seen flaking into drain line. Line for toilet is cleared and flowing. Tested kitchen sink and sink is

Toilet leaking from the tank to bowl connection when flushed. Removed existing toilet tank and completely rebuilt the toilet tank (included tank to bowl gasket). Checked for leaks after repairs were made. No leaks on the tank were found. The toilet is wobbly but no leaks were observed on the base of the toilet. Shimmed and caulked base of the toilet. Shimming and caulking the base of the toilet is a no warranty task. If the toilet leaks from the wax ring seal, the toilet will need to be pulled and reset with a new wax ring. Replaced stop valve and supply line for toilet. Water pressure to the home is around 55 psi.

Arrived at residence for two leaking pipes. Upon investigation found pinhole leaks on different pipes. Shut off water to home and cut out damaged pipe. Replaced with new pipe. Customer has a high water bill and noticed a wet spot in driveway. Upon arrival, I noticed what appears to be a residual wet stain in driveway, but no active water leaking. I turned off the main shutoff inside the garage, then went to the meter and inspected. Monitored the meter for over 10 minutes, meter did not spin or give any indication of an active leak. I then turned the actual water meter off and let it stay off for several minutes. After letting it sit, I then turned it back on to see if it has to repressurize, it never had to repressurize. It’s possible that it is a small pinhole leak, however, I don’t have enough evidence to justify a water service replacement. Does not appear to be an active leak on the system. Recommended contacting water department to verify the meter is operational. I included an estimate to replace the service line should the leak appear or bill continue to increase.

Arrived at property for high water bill in residence. Water meter has been inspected upon arrival and substantial water usage can be seen. Main water shut off valve has been closed inside of property and meter can still be seen. Irrigation valve is closed, indicating a leak on main service line of property. Used dye test in toilets to confirm toilets are working properly. Toilets are in proper working order. Measured length and location of current main service line for replacement. Please refer to attached estimate for detailed scope of work to install new water line. True Plumbing office is available for scheduling once approved.

Customer was experiencing a stoppage affecting all fixtures in master bathroom. Work performed as follows: Pulled toilet in master bathroom and ran flexshaft until stoppage was cleared. Pulled back flexshaft and found wipes, hair, and dental floss wrapped around the end of snake. Ran camera as far as possible to inspect line (camera wasn’t able to go further than about 15’ due to amount of turns). Found cast iron was showing age and rough interior, but stoppage was mainly due to wipes and hair. Reset toilet with new wax ring, supply line, toilet bolts and caps. Tested by flushing toilet multiple times before caulking around the base of the toilet.

Customer experiencing a leak on the garage ceiling that recently surfaced below the shower and jacuzzi tub. Removed section of drywall to inspect for leaks. After inspections, it appears that there is a waterproofing issue with the shower pan. Recommended having a restoration company removed more drywall and assess the area for mold and removal of damaged areas. Customer also has a high water bill. Performed an isolation test in the water service and the meter indicated no leaks. Potentially the toilet that is slowly running in the primary bathroom could have caused the high water bill. Provided options to repair or replace toilet. Water pressure to the home is at 45 psi. **True Plumbing does not repair drywall.

Vent pipes in attic were leaking onto drywall ceiling below. After further inspections, several fittings were found to have not been glued. Removed unglued fittings. Glued fittings and pipe together in place. Inspected other fittings for improper connections. Recommended customer have a roofer inspect the vent penetration through the roof. During the repairs the pipe moved a lot and could have broken the seal. **True Plumbing is not responsible for any roof leaks. Adjusted fill level in toilet tank of downstairs toilet. Toilet is no longer running. Recommended Reliable Restoration for drywall repair.
