Main floor powder room - toilet was clogged with tissue. Used toilet auger and cleared soft tissue stoppage inside the trap of the toilet. Flushed several times and verified no issues. Upstairs master bathroom - disassembled ptrap under lavatory sink, removed hair built up inside the drain. Reassembled and tested, draining good..

11/11/25 Customer called about a leaking toilet. TP arrived and found toilet pulled and flange broken. Break on drain is past flange and on a 45 degree fitting. Will leave estimate for repair. Upon visit a leak occurred on one of the sinks in kitchen. Will leave estimate for repairs on basket strainers. Checked water pressure and found it to be safe at 70 psi.

Responded to a follow-up service call for a previously repaired faucet that developed a new leak from a different location. Disassembled the faucet components below the cold side cartridge and discovered incorrectly sized gaskets. Removed the improper gaskets and installed new gaskets of the correct size. Reassembled all faucet components, restored water supply, and tested the system. No leaks were detected at the time of completion. Due to the minor nature of this repair, we cannot guarantee the fix will hold for more than two weeks. Customer also reported a leak at the outdoor hose bib on the right side of the property that occurs when the hose is turned on. Disassembled the handle and tightened the internal nut, but was unable to stop the leak. Given the age and condition of the hose bib, I recommended the customer leave it as-is to avoid causing additional leaks during a repair attempt. The faucet is not actively leaking when not in use. Customer called for multiple items at property. Customer stated that front hose spigot has come disconnected. Scope of work is to replace outdoor hose spigot. New hose spigot has been connected inside of property. Restored water and system is working properly. Insulated 1/2” copper line inside of property. Inspected upstairs toilet and faucet for customer. Toilet is leaking from tank-to-bowl bolts. Upstairs faucet is leaking water when used. Cartridges have been noted and replacment parts will be sourced. Arrived at residence for leaking Insta hot underneath sink. Upon investigation found that tank had failed on install hot. Cut off water to unit and removed tank. Left faucet in countertop as homeowner is going to try to get a replacement tank. Leaving estimate for homeowner for when they acquire the new tank. 11/6/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to create a new line for gas stove top in kitchen. Turned gas off to home. Furnished and installed 50ft of TracPipe for gas line. Secured pipe in attic and in wall. Tested for leaks. NO Leaks. Relight water heater.

Arrived at residence to perform quoted work of installing new hot water heater. Shut off water to home and then drained down the system. Drained down old hot water heater and then removed. Installed new 50 gallon gas hot water heater and connected new piping. Installed new thermal expansion tank. Cut water back on the home and tested for leaks. Found none connected gas to hot water heater and installed new gas shut off valve. Fired up heater and tested. Everything is working with normal operations. Arrived at residence and performed quoted work of installing new flange on previously installed PVC. Then installing new Kohler highline toilet. Installed toilet and tested found No leaks. Excavate sewer line from the home to the city tap and likely to the curb as well. Cut channel in concrete up to 3ft wide and along the width of the driveway, and cut out and remove all existing PVC sewer line. Install new sewer line and support along the length to ensure proper slope and protection against pipe falling. Likely will need to replace to the curb to help address slope issues. Verify proper slope and test everything for flow before backfilling with existing dirt. When laying sewer, we found that the city line is too high which means we will need a pump to discharge the line at pressure. Quote options will be provided. We connected sewer for temporary service. True plumbing will make every effort to minimize damage to property, but will not be responsible for any necessary repairs to landscaping and or driveway. Permit fee: $200

11/3/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to correct drain in home by removing an elbow and installing 45degree fittings for proper drainage. Prepped area with plastic and paper. Cut drywall ceiling for access to pipe. Found 2 more elbow joints 5 feet after initial elbow. Removed elbows and found pipe to be full of grease. Repiped drain with proper fittings and slope. Tested by filling sink and running dishwasher. Drains have good flow.

Arrived at residence for leaking temperature and pressure gauge on hot water heater. Upon investigation found that the 40 gallon gas hot water heater is 27 years old. The heater is also leaking at the bottom. True plumbing recommends a replacement with a new 50 gallon gas heater. Customer would also like a 1/2 cutoff valve replaced on garage hose spigot. 10/31/25 Customer called to have an estimate for a stove top gas line. TP arrived and checked water pressure. Home pressure is safe at 60psi. Located gas meter, and measured length of gas line to be about 50ft. Will leave estimate in attachment.

Demo of tile and subfloor to gain access to cast-iron. Cutting of cast-iron and installation of new PVC flange and providing of new toilet with installation. Arrived at residence and begun demo on tile floor. Once It was removed, was able to better examine cast-iron pipe. Cast-iron pipe is already made of no hubs and was able to take old one off and replace with new, then replace from hub with PVC to where new flange will be. Stubbed up 1 foot of PVC out of the floor and capped. Ready for tile person to come and lay new tile floor. Arrived at residence to perform water service replacement. Upon digging up the meter we found the leak that was causing the high water bill. I mentioned this to the customer and walked him through the options. The leak was coming from a larger section of pipe that was poorly installed, and was PVC material. Due to the condition of the piping and the material of the pipe, customer opted to have the whole water service replaced and rerouted as per the original agreement trenched from the front right corner of the home near the basement door to the water meter serving the property. We made sure to trench at least 18 inches deep. We laid the new 1 inch PEX-A piping along the trench, and performed reroute inside, tying into a new location with a new pressure reducing valve and whole home shut off. While trenching in the yard outside along the line of the ferns, we encountered multiple unmarked, irrigation lines, and unmarked irrigation wiring, which was damaged as we trenched the line. We d

Arrived at residence to investigate issues with multiple plumbing items throughout the home. Customer mentioned that the toilets were having some issues, primarily the toilet in the upstairs hallway bath was ghost flushing. We performed partial toilet, rebuilds on all three toilets throughout the home, and tested everything for leaks and functionality. We also replaced a lavatory drain in the hallway bath where the finish was falling off, and on the same sink as the pop-up assembly replacement, we replaced the cartridges to address leaking. When testing the faucet, we noticed that there were some connections under the faucet that were leaking when the faucet was run, and we pulled it apart and replaced gaskets before reinstalling it and testing for leaks. When removing the leaking parts there was some water that escaped onto the cabinet, which we vacuumed up as quickly as possible, but there may be water intrusion downstairs. Work performed as follows: Shut down and drained water to home, replaced Pressure Regulating Valve, and installed thermal expansion tank to correct water pressure. Mounted and secured new thermal expansion tank as required by code. Flushed tankless unit with solution for 45 minutes. Replaced condensate line on tankless unit with CPVC to eliminate corrosion issues. Reinstated water to home, purged as much air out of system as possible, tested all installed components. Set new water pressure to home at 65psi (thermal expansion tank had been set to 65psi as well to pressure match). Placed an access panel where Sheetrock was cut to access PRV.

Replaced existing Watts 007 M3 QT double check valve backflow preventer assembly. Installed a hose bibb on the outlet side of the backflow preventer to help with winterization. Tested new connections for leaks. No leaks were found. Insulated around valve to help prevent freeze breaks. Recommend HOA explore options to have the pool room location temperature controlled. Recommended HOA explore options to install a heat trace wire on the water lines. **Instructions for draining water from section of water line from the double check valve backflow preventer assembly: Turn the first shut off valve (green handle closet to the door) on the backflow preventer off. Turn the 1” PVC pool filler shut off valve (with the blue handle) off. Attach a water hose to the hose bibb on the outlet side of the hose bibb. Provided water service replacement cost

Technician came and inspected issues, found water pressure had increased from 85psi to 106psi. This may be due to the regulator further deteriorating (old contractor grade regulator) and the increased pressure affecting the homes fixtures. Also inspected tankless unit and found no leaks directly from unit but found the condensation line had corroded due to improper pipe material (tankless condensation is too corrosive for copper). Updated estimate and emailed. Waived dispatch fee per Paul.

Scope of work is to install iSpring whole house filter and under sink reverse osmosis filter. Water has been turned off at meter and property has been drained. Reworked copper main service line entering property. New bypass has been installed and connected to existing copper piping. New whole house shut off valve has been installed. Water has been restored to property and system is working properly. Reworked 1/2” gas line. Gas line will need to be moved as current location is not suitable. Furnished and installed new reverse osmosis under sink filter. Countertop hole has been drilled and new faucet has been installed. Purged system for 30 minutes and tested. System is working properly. Customer called for heating issue with Navien tankless water heater. Arrived at property to diagnose. Upon arrival, customer stated that tankless unit is running hot water. Tested hot water at lavatory faucet. Hot water is being produced by tankless unit on demand. Customer stated tankless unit has not been flushed in about a year and a half to two years. Current tankless heater is due for flush. Water pressure to residence is 85 psi. Current tankless unit does not have any expansion device. Please refer to attached estimates for tankless flush and to resolve pressure issues. Customer would like to discuss with husband before moving forward. Informed customer pressure must be below 80 for warranty.

Turned water off to tankless water heater and drained unit before removing air gap from internal recirculation pump. Replaced air gap, and while water was odd, performed tankless descaling service. Repressurized system and tested for leaks and functionality. Customer paid by check

Double check valve assembly is leaking from the top of the valve when turned on. Due to the nature of the leak, replacement is recommended. Recommended HOA consider having the pool house temperature controlled throughout the year. The low temperature’s inside of the pool room are significantly impacting the valves.
