9/15/25 Customer called about no cold water in washing machine. True Plumbing arrived and tested hot and cold water lines. There is hot and cold water. Found that supply lines were connected to the opposite temp inlets on unit. Corrected supply line connections and ran a cold rinse cycle. Washing machine has cold water now.

Arrived at residence to investigate laundry room sewer gas smell. Upon investigation was unable to determine a root cause. We recommended running a smoke test to further solve the issue. Customer had an extremely slow drip, on outdoor ceiling of porch, this lines up closely to bathroom above. Plumber ran all fixtures in bathroom and splashed water onto trim but could not increase intensity of drip. Plumber does not want to perform demolition on outdoor ceiling and recommends to have ceiling opened up to continue searching for leak. Waived dispatch fee at this time.

9/12/25 Customer called to have a kitchen Faucet replaced. True plumbing arrived and checked water pressure. Home pressure is safe at 45psi. Shut water off to faucet and hauled off. Cleaned countertop before furnishing and installing a customer supplied kitchen faucet. Any parts or materials supplied by customer can not be warranted. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks, and kitchen sink is fully operational now. Advised to register faucet with Kohler in order to activate warranty with manufacturer. Customer asked to inspect a leak near base of refrigerator. Pulled unit out and found area behind fridge dry and dusty. Supply line and shut off valve are in good working order. Arrived at residence to perform quoted work on icemaker line. Shut down and removed old ice maker line. Added new, braided line and stop valve up top, back behind fridge. Reconnected to water and turned on water. Checked for leaks. Found none. Icemaker line is good and ready for Home Depot to come and install fridge. This will be rerouting it from current position next to the crawlspace door for easiest access.

Customer called about a clog in kitchen sink, toilet and shower. True Plumbing arrived and checked water pressure to Home and found it to be safe at 45 psi. Ran some tests by running water and kitchen sink as well as the two other bathrooms in home. All drains have good flow as of right now. Did not find any sign of a slow drain or clog. Basement is half unfinished and does not have any plumbing installed.

9/9/25 Customer called about a few drain issues in home. True plumbing arrived and checked water pressure. Home pressure is safe at 50 psi. Laundry drain needs to be snaked and customer stated they would like to take care of that themselves. Kitchen drain lines will need to be reworked due to line being back sloped/pitched. Shower in bathroom is dripping and will need a cartridge replacement. Water heater is over 20 years old. Will leave estimates for repairs in attachment.

Arrived at residence for leaking garbage disposal. Upon investigation found that garbage disposal had internally failed and was not repairable. Went with a replacement of a 1/2 horsepower garbage disposal. Removed old garbage disposal and replaced with new. Cleared electrical line of water and then hooked up disposal. Arrived at residence for non-stopping toilet and broken. Toilet seat. Removed old toilet seat. Installed with new. Toilet seat is back to normal working conditions. Through investigation found that toilet is continually flowing due to a failed PRV. The current pressure of the home is 110. A typical home pressure is anywhere between 40 and 80 psi. Unfortunately pressure reducing valve is not accessible through tiled wall. Once tile and drywall are removed, True plumbing can return to install new PRV. Arrived at residence to present quotes for creating a cut off behind the fridge. Presented two options to homeowner so that Home Depot may hook up their fridge when it comes. Arrived at residence for running shower. Upon investigation discovered that the homes pressure reducing valve has failed. In addition the failed pressure reducing valve caused the thermal expansion tank to fail as well. The home pressure was rising to excess of 160 psi and pushing the water out of the shower to find release pressure. Started by cutting off water to home and removing the PRV and the thermal expansion tank. Replaced PRV with new and set to 65 psi then installed new thermal expansion tank up to code with the bracket and set to 65 psi as well. Cut water back on and tested fixtures. Found no leaks. Customer called to provide sewer scope inspection for potential purchase of property. Inspected main sewer line within residence. Main sewer line is PVC. Sewer lie is exiting properly through backyard. Cleanout is located at foundation of property and a se one about halfway in yard. Performed sewer scope of sewer line. Sewer line is in good condition for full length. Sewer line has ample slope. A slight seperation can be seen at second cleanout in yard. Cleanout is about 3ft down. Please refer to attached estimate to replace section of sewer line. Full sewer scope video has been attached to invoice for viewing. Static psi to residence is 55psi.

Reset toilet with new wax seal in ADA bathroom. Tested toilet thoroughly and toilet is working properly. Installed new faucet in ADA bathroom as previously purchased faucet is leaking internally. Performed fill test in ADA sink and system is working properly. Used caulking to further secure ADA sink to wall. Furnished and installed new single handle kitchen faucet. Shut down water to property and installed new straight stops kitchen faucet. Connected drain to kitchen sink and installed studor vent. Performed field test in sink and system is working properly. Used caulking to seal around sink. Installed new icemaker box behind refrigerator. Connected new icemaker box to fridge and tested connections. System is working properly. Secured vanity to stud in second bathroom. Vanity has wood shims due to floor being uneven. Reconnected drain and tested. System is working properly.

Customer states leak at the toilet upstairs . Turn the water valve and inspected where the leaks was coming from . Replaced the supply line since it was faulty due to the age. Installed new toilet supply line. Tested for leaks .

Customer stated their water heater is leaking. Upon arrival, we do see a lot of water accumulated around the base of the heater. We restored the water and determined the leak is not coming from the water heater. We then traced the water up the wall. Water is entering the home where the HVAC and water heater temperature and pressure relief valve is discharging outside. Both of these drain pipes are flush along the side of the house, which is discharging right into the dirt very close to the home. We believe the leak is due to these drain pipes and rain water entering the home. Due to the water around the base of the heater, we recommended replacing the heater due to the high likely hood of the heater rusting prematurely. Customer agreed and we will return tomorrow to complete proposed work.

Customer upstairs 2 toilets constantly clog. Checked toilets and found toilets to be back to back. When toilets are back to back, most toilet drains are connected using a double wye. Double wyes, when run horizontally, can cause water to rush to the other side which causes clogs.

Customer was experiencing a leaking tub/shower diverter. Work performed as follows: Rebuilt delta shower valve with new seats, springs, gaskets, and diverter. Reinstated water to home, purged as much air out as possible and tested all installed components, reinstalled trim and caulked around trim.

Replaced fill valve, “flapper” (Kohler flush seal), and supply line.
