12/30/25 Customer called about a leak in ceiling. TP arrived and inspected bathroom above leak. Replaced gasket on overflow and sealed trim with caulking. Advised customer to keep monitoring and call back one issue arises.

Replaced vacuum breaker in men’s restroom urinal. Flushed several times and verified no leak. If problems continue, next step would be to replace the valve

12/22/25 Customer scheduled work to be done. Scope of work is to replace gasket on overflow drain. Drains are glued in and access was created from behind tub. Conducted a minor repipe of over flow drain. Furnished and installed a new gasket to over flow drain and tested by filling tub. NO LEAKS. We hope you enjoy your bathtub.

12/19/25 Follow up on a Leak diagnosis conducted on 12/2/25. Re-examined waste and over flow. Pulled overflow plate and found gasket to be miss aligned with over flow drain sitting higher than hole on tub. Reset overflow plate and caulked. Will return on Monday with proper parts/materials to conduct repair.

Arrived at commercial property for toilet not flushing correctly. Inspected toilet and toilet can been seen as backed up. Checked pressure to property on commercial water heater located in laundry room. Static psi to property is 80. This is high pressure in property. Attempted to locate pressure regulator valve (PRV) in property to inspect. Maintenance technician was on site and a separate water heater has been located in maintenance room located at back of property. Pressure has been checked on separate water heater and static pressure is 48 psi. Regulator for church side of property has been located in same maintenance room on backside of property. Attempted to find separate regulator to property. Vault for property is located at front of church. Inspected through drop ceiling for separate pressure regulator from water heater located in laundry room. A revisit will be necessary to inspect property for potential separate PRV. Arrived to investigate issues with shower after we performed a rebuild a few months ago. When I removed the diverter, I found that the brass seat was not fully inserted and had fallen out. I removed it and reinstalled it with the proper connection and tested everything for functionality.

Inspection of sewer and drain line with manager on site. (Paul) Confirmed original diagnosis and confirmed plan on our proposed solution. Discounted camera inspection for today’s visit, and if quote is approved we will credit this charge back.

Customer had gas meter shutoff due to gas smell/leak. Technician checked fittings in home and found a leak at soft copper connection. After disassembling connection technician found there was no proper flare as required for this fitting. Technician cut out section of soft copper and created a flare on the end, reconnected gas line and reinstated gas to home. Retested all fittings and relit pilot lights where available.

Provided estimate on sewer/drain repair

Arrived at residence for leak in the ceiling. After investigation decided cutting open drywall was the next step forward. Cut open drywall and found uncapped pipe in ceiling. Tested upstairs shower as was done previously before the leak and found that when water backs up it goes backwards to the uncapped pipe and into the ceiling. Customer recently experienced a main sewer stoppage. Pulled toilet on main floor and inspected drain line with camera. Within the first 5’ we do see a slight back slope in the drain pipe, but I don’t believe this is the main concern. Near the front door, in the hallway slab. There appears to be a make shift house trap. We believe this is where the stoppage was occuring. Customer also had a cleanout installed outside a few years ago. This cleanout has also settled, which is creating an issue. In order for us to properly quote this, we will need to calculate costs with additional contractors and restoration company. Once we’ve communicated with them we can provide an accurate estimate to complete the scope of work.

When dishwasher is draining the water backs up from the disposal into the sink. The disposal is not working. Pushed in the breaker and unjammed disposal. Let customer know disposal is from 2010 and needs replacement as it can jam again. See quote for pricing. Dishwasher is working but customer also wants quote to replace. No warranty on unjamming disposal.

Findings: Upon arrival to investigate water heater issues, I discovered the temperature and pressure relief valve had discharged and was leaking consistently. Testing revealed the incoming static water pressure to the home was dangerously high at 120-150 PSI. The thermal expansion tank was not waterlogged but unable to function properly due to the excessive incoming pressure. Given the age of the existing water heater and the severity of the pressure issues, a full replacement is recommended. Scope of Work: We will remove and haul off the existing water heater and cut out all existing water heater piping. A new Rheem 50-gallon gas water heater will be installed using the existing gas piping. We will provide and install two brand new shutoff valves on both the hot and cold water lines, as well as a new properly-supported thermal expansion tank after the shutoff valve. 12/2/25 Customer called about a leak in ceiling. TP arrived and found several water stains on ceiling as well as drywall chipping. Advised to cut out damaged section of ceiling and run tests in adjacent bathroom. Prepped area with plastic and tape. Cut out section of ceiling and located bathroom drains. Sprayed tub spout and overflow plate. Leak occurred after a couple of minutes. Caulked tub spout and overflow plate with adhesive. Removed old dishwasher and installed new dishwasher, tested all installed components.

Replace csst gas tubing with black iron at meter running to stove. Run black iron into home. Connect to existing csst inside the floor of kitchen.

Issue: Customer reported toilet gurgling for several weeks, then stopped flushing. Running any fixtures caused gurgling. Service Performed: Opened both front yard cleanouts (near home and street). Both were holding water. Performed flex shaft drain cleaning from both locations but unable to clear blockage. Findings: Based on snake distance, clog is in city main pipe or city connection. Customer’s sewer line is in good condition. Recommendation: Advised customer to contact city for assessment of main drainpipe. Preventative Measure: Left cleanout caps loose to allow overflow outside rather than inside to prevent interior damage.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Arrived on site to install a cleanout access through the basement ceiling beneath the kitchen sink to address a long-term significant grease blockage in the drain pipe servicing the upstairs bathroom and main floor kitchen sink. After protecting the work area with plastic sheeting, cut the drywall ceiling to access the drain pipe. Noted the kitchen sink drain pipes run from outside to inside due to the overhang above the basement, complicating cleanout installation. Relocated the P-traps from the basement ceiling to under the kitchen sink for a more standard setup. Installed a new air admittance valve and repurposed the right side sink’s drain pipe as the cleanout access, redesigning the cleanout piping with 45-degree angles using 2-inch PVC to allow larger drain snakes. Tied in the left side drain pipe with standard fittings. Carefully removed old piping with a bucket to catch sewage water, avoiding drywall damage and spills. Inpected plumbing to quote repiping kitchen and whole home to eliminate polybutylene. Water pressure to home is at a safe level but can replace PRV at customers request. Waived dispatch due to office not mentioning.

Customer experiencing a leak through old water service line entry. Applied hydraulic cement around pipe to help prevent water from leaking around it. However, if water continues to leak around it, recommended customer contact a foundation waterproofing company as this outside our scope of work. No leaks on the new water service were detected.

Performed camera inspection of sewer line for real estate transaction. Pulled toilet in basement bathroom. Inspected all the way to the main sewer line outside the property. Do not see any issues with sewer line at this time. Thermal expansion tank is not properly supported. Provided estimate to properly install. Upstairs hall bathroom bathtub is draining slow - provided estimate.

Basement toilet pump was flashing that that the basin was full of water and not pumping out. Removed lid and found pump switch to be covered giving sensors a false reading which shut down the pump. Seal lid and test. Pump is functional.

Customer called for two toilets leaking at property. Arrived at property to diagnose. Pulled both toilets to reset. Both toilet flanges are holding water, indicating a partial blockage. Preformed inspection with camera. Camera was able to clear partial blockage. Reason for blockage is double wye connection. Located connection to be in men’s bathroom, under vanity/wall. Please refer to estimate to replace fitting. Advised customer to use more water when flushing toilets in women’s bathroom. Reset toilets with new wax ring and supply lines. Tested toilets before caulking. System is working properly. Static pressure to property is 96psi. Please refer to attached estimate to replace regulator valve. Note: Estimate for double wye replacement will be sent once excavation team provides estimate for concrete removal.

Toilet in womens restroom was not flushing correctly. Technician rebuilt flushometer with new 1.6GPF diaphragm and vacuum breaker. Reassembled flushometer and tested for proper operation and to ensure no leaks were present.
