Restored functionality to customer's basement sink that had been previously turned off. Verified water pressure reading of approximately 110-120 PSI on system gauge and confirmed proper operation of sink faucet and drainage.

Customer called for dishwasher not working properly. Plumbing has recently been out to install utility sink. Current dishwasher drain is tied into P-trap for utility sink. Dishwasher is holding standing water. Removed hose for dishwasher and flushed out debris from hose. Reconnected hose and fastened drain hose in optimal position to avoid backwash into dishwasher. Reconnected hose to P-trap drain. Reworked piping and improved slope on P-trap drain. Tested dishwasher multiple times and system is working properly. Static psi to property is 58. Water heater is from 2016. Replaced fill valve in downstairs toilet for a customer as a courtesy. Please refer to attached estimates to replace downstairs toilet. Note: Recommended to customer to have new drain hose for dishwasher installed by appliance technician.

Psi 50 Upon arrival, found water pressure to be 85 psi. Tested pressure and found that the thermal expansion tank had failed and is also not supported. See quote for replacement and supporting new tank. Master toilet is leaking from the tank to bowl bolts. Rebuild toilet tank which includes bolts, washers, fill valve, supply line, flush valve and flapper. Test for leaks. No leaks detected. When rebuilding master toilet, water to the house needed to be shut off as stop valve did not work. Customer did not want to replace valve at this time. See quote for pricing. Hall toilet was running. Replaced fill valve, flapper, and supply line. Tested for leaks. No leaks detected.
