Confirmed an active leak on the water service line. Turned water off from ball valve located inside the home. Then inspected water meter and confirmed it is indicating an active leak. Provided an estimate on water service replacement.

Customer was experiencing stoppage affecting second floor bathroom, had toilet ready to be pulled. Technician ran flexshaft until stoppage was cleared, ran water from multiple nearby fixtures to confirm, ran camera as far as possible and saw pipe appeared to be cleared with a possible belly further down the drain line. Cast iron appears to have a round interior which likely snagged toilet tissue and created a soft tissue stoppage, foam on pipe also indicates a drain cleaning solution has been used, technician warned draining cleaning solutions are particularly harsh and corrosive on cast iron. Would be a good idea to replace cast iron with PVC, but due to difficult access technician recommends exploring relining as an option. Customer will reset toilet.

From inside the basement, cut out existing sewer line where it is exiting the home. We will then drill a new hole approximately 1’ higher than where it is currently existing the home. Install new pvc pipe through new wall penetration. From outside, excavate from the house to within 5’ of the existing cleanout near the street. We will have to remove plants, bushes, and also repair the water service line if it is hit. We will maintain minimal slope from the house to the 2nd cleanout. Depth at second cleanout is approximately 11’ deep. We will dig our new trench as low as we can to achieve slope. We will hydraulic cement repair foundation wall, however, it is recommended having a foundation company properly seal. Not responsible for removal/disposal of large bushes or any land scape repairs. If accepted, we will credit back the jetting charge.

Arrived at residence for leaking garbage disposal. Upon investigation found that garbage disposal has failed due to age and rusting of interior body. Removed old garbage disposal and replaced with new badger disposal. Ran disposal and water for several minutes checked for leaks and found none. Everything is working with normal operation. Toilet is backing up from the kitchen half bath. Progressive had come and removed the toilet to try to clear the clog and recommended True Plumbing. Ran sewer machine through toilet flange and managed to poke a hole through the clog. Sent camera down to inspect and found a lot of sewage clinging to the side of a section of cast iron. This was possibly the cause of the clog. Could not push camera further as there were too many turns. Reinstalled toilet that was removed by progressive. Did not caulk base of toilet as wood floors were wet. Had to shim the 4 corners of the toilet as flange was slightly too high.

Customer interested in replacing the sewer line. Due to the layout, and the landscaping, customer is interested in getting the sewer line replaced via bursting, or cured in place piping. We do not offer these type of services at this time. Provided verbal estimate for traditional excavation which would be between 8-10000. We would have to perform a camera inspection in order to provide firm estimate. Recommended Precision pipe lining. No charge per office staff.

Removed kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Provided and installed new kitchen faucet and new 1/2HP garbage disposal with new mounting collar. Tested all installed components.

Customers water heaters are from 2012. Water heater on the left is out, the pilot is not holding. Original plan was to cut and cap off the old heater. I decided to try and replace the thermocouple. After replacing, turned the hater back on and verified its holding a pilot light and the flame is still good. Appears the heater is working again. Due to the age, we cannot warranty repairs made. Provided estimate on new heaters.

Customer was experiencing issues with electric tankless water heater, technician inspected unit and found it was receiving power but not heating or powering display. Due to age of unit True can only recommend replacement. Left quote to replace with customer supplied unit as True Plumbing will not supply electric tankless units. Customer was also experiencing an order near gas stove top, technician performed bubble tests on all accessible gas pipes in kitchen but found no gas leaks, nor could the technician smell gas. If issue persists technician recommends either having appliance company or gas company perform tests. Also left quote to perform gas pressure test to check for leaks.

Tenants were experiencing a leak under kitchen sink, technician inspected area and found leak seems to be coming from kitchen faucet do to faucet not fully secured. Technician could not tighten sink down to to rusted out connections. Technician also noticed rust marks from leaks on the garbage disposal. Wrote up quotes to replace kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Water pressure to home is at a safe level at 45psi. Reliable Remediation- 678-492-9860 David White

Customer was experiencing two leaking/dripping hose spigots. Work completed as follows: Shut down and drained water to home, replaced rear hose spigot and mounted to brick, replaced isolation valves to both hose spigots and rebuilt front hose spigot. Reinstated water to home and purged as much air out of system as possible, tested all installed components.

10/22/25 Customer called about a back up in home. TP inspected drain with sewer camera. Found soft tissue back up in cast iron. Snaked section of cast iron with flex shaft. Section of cast iron is in between newly installed PVC. Snaked section as a courtesy given recent PVC installation conducted on 10/8/25. Will leave estimate to remove remaining cast iron. Advised to have tenant be mindful of tissue usage and quality of tissue being used. Home owner will be responsible for drain cleaning of next back up, or prepare for remaining cast iron removal.

Inspected main water line, sewer line, and drain lines in crawlspace. Wrote up various quote and options to replace. All associated inspection charges were waived per Paul.

Eliminated frost free hose spigot on back deck and replaced with new standard quarter turn hose spigot to eliminate issues with built in vacuum breaker discharging when customer is using sprinklers. Recommend to disconnect hose and leave spigot in the on position when turning water off at isolation valve during winter to minimize freeze damage from water left behind in pipe. Customer declined water pressure check to home.

Arrived to perform thorough sewer descaling and jetting to service the cast iron line and help prevent clogs in the future. Accessed drain through cleanout in basement and Performed camera inspection to start and found that the drains ran into septic, not sewer, so the run was less than we expected. We performed three passes with the flexshaft along the length of the drain piping, and ran water during to flush scale buildup. We opted not to perform the jetter service, as the issue was less severe than anticipated, and the line appeared clear and free from scale buildup in the second camera inspection. Resealed cleanout cap and tested for flow.

Sold estimate for Thursday

Arrived to investigate issues with leaking under the sink. Tightened a nut to address the leak. Tested and recommended customer leave plastic bin under for a week or two and monitor to make sure the problem is solved. Pressure valve is new Customer mentioned the sewer line and it looks like it has been replaced with PVC Customer paid by check

Arrived at property for follow up on RO system. Attempted to empty tank and re-pressurize system to test. Customer became disrespectful with technician. Service has been stopped.

10/10/25 Customer called about bubbling in toilet. TP recently conducted cast iron replacement on bathroom and partial kitchen line on 10/7/25. Introduced sewer camera in to cleanout on bathroom group and found a soft tissue back up on 4in cast iron. Ran snake and flushed line with hot water. Bathroom group has flow and is operational.

Arrived at residence to create a quote for repair on sewer line. Used camera to inspect line for damage and found portion of pipe crushed. Providing homeowner with quote to hand dig up pipe and repair section. Thank you for choosing True plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Garbage disposal leaking from the base. Performed the following work: Replaced existing garbage disposal and p trap. Checked for leaks. No leaks were found. **Dishwasher drain hose connection is older. It could be more susceptible to leaks as it has been reattached to the new garbage disposal. If issues occur an appliance technician is recommended to make a new connection.

Augered toilet to clear stoppage, tested multiple with toilet paper to ensure clog was cleared. Found kitchen faucet has a leak that is not repairable, recommend replacing kitchen faucet before trying to diagnose low flow issue as replacement may also solve this. Water pressure to home is at a safe level at 65psi.

Arrived at residence to investigate issue with hot water pressure in master bathroom. Checked pressure to home and ran pressure drop test. Pressure to home is 52 psi and in good working condition. Checked upstairs and downstairs underneath all sinks, looking for possible issues for entire master bathroom. Was unsuccessful in my search to find issues on the hot water line. One theory is that the master bathroom is on a mixing valve that has failed that is in the wall somewhere between the hot water heater in the master bathroom. Providing a quote for more extensive diagnoses, including cutting of drywall, if homeowner would like to further investigate the issue. Inspected newly replaced water service. The water service appears to be installed at a very shallow depth. Customer requested an estimate to replace the water service and rework the water lines in the first 5’ of the home.
