Customer stated the sink near the coffee station was backing up under the cabinet. Customer had a different contractor come here prior to True Plumbing. The sink appeared to be draining okay, however, we noticed a bad smell still and can see debris inside the drain. Recommended using flex shaft machine to provide wall to wall drain cleaning of the drain pipe. We used the flex shaft and pulled out a lot of debri and grease build up. After machining it, ran a lot of water verifying it’s draining good. I then used green goblin chemical to provide enzymes to the drain system, this should help with the sewer gas smell. If problems should continue, please let us know and we can perform additional diagnostic work. Provided an estimate to install a proper hub drain on the pvc pipe, so the small individual drain lines don’t pop out.

Homeowner called for gas leak at property. Atlanta Gas Light (AGL) has been out to property to inspect and gas is currently shut off at meter upon arrival. Inspected gas diagnosis from AGL and they have confirmed gas leak is on black steel gas line servicing mother-in-law suite. Current black steel gas line has been uncovered by homeowners for inspection. Current 3/4” gas line is corroded in multiple areas and replacement of gas line is required. Please refer to attached estimate for detailed scope of work for replacement of gas line. Dispatch fee discount has been noted and applied to attached estimate if approved.

Arrived at business to repair E110 issue on hot water heater. Shut down heater and removed part. Replaced with new and cut heater back on and waited for it to boot up. Ran water until it was warm. Called and spoke about job

Arrived to provide further diagnostic on the leaks through the ceiling. I looked both flanges which the restoration company had removed to dry everything and found that there were leaks from under both toilets. I did look and the flanges and found they were in good condition. Customer also mentioned that the sewer had been backing up recently from both master bath toilet, and the hallway bath toilet, which as the toilets that are leaking. The toilet wax rings started leaking due to excess pressure from the sewer backup.

Customer was still experiencing issues at toilet after augering. Technician pulled toilet to inspect drain but saw no issues, after flipping the toilet technician saw a blue plastic lid stick at exit of toilet trap, removed lid and reset toilet with new wax ring, supply line, toilet bolts and caps. Tested and found toilet was flushing properly, caulked around the base of the toilet.

Findings: - Arrived on-site to investigate water leaking into the kitchen ceiling. - Customer explained the upstairs guest bathroom toilet had backed up earlier and was plunged. - Pressure from plunging likely forced water past the wax ring, causing it to leak through the bathroom floor and into the kitchen ceiling below. - Inspection confirmed standing water around the base of the toilet, verifying that the wax seal failed.

Customer was experiencing a main stoppage affecting the whole home, technician couldn’t find the clean-out and pulled a toilet attempting to clear the stoppage, was able to find the clean-out with the camera, dug up clean-out and ran snake multiple times pulling back wipes. Finally clearing the stoppage, technician then ran the camera to inspect, found a couple minor bellies, as well as another obstruction camera could not get past. Technician located where camera was stopping and found it was at the septic tank (had recently been dug up and covered back up). Technician believes pipe may have separated at connection to septic tank and recommends hiring a septic company to repair connection. Reset toilet with new wax ring, supply line, toilet bolts and caps, tested multiple times before caulking around the base.

12/8/25 Customer called to have a garbage disposal replaced. TP arrived and replaced compromised disposal with a 1/2HP Badger series garbage disposal. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks. Kitchen sink is fully operational now. Checked water pressure to home and inspected water heaters. Home pressure is safe at 60 psi. Customer has a dual heater set up with improper piping for a parallel system. Oldest heater is from 2008 and newest is from 2012. Highly advise to replace both units and to properly pipe in parallel. Will leave estimate in attachments.

Customer was experiencing a clogged toilet on main floor due to flushed kitty litter, and a running toilet upstairs due to failed flapper. Technician was unable to reach customer for approval but went ahead and replaced flapper in upstairs toilet, and augered main floor toilet, toilet appears to flush but may have more kitty litter in the line or toilet trap, if clogs start up again then true plumbing will have to pull toilet and snake line as well as possibly replace toilet. Upon arrival water has been turned off at main shut off valve to residence. True Plumbing turned water on to property in order to confirm pressure in residence. Water pressure has been checked and static pressure is 128psi. This is confirmation of high pressure in property. Maximum allowable pressure should not exceed 80psi in residence. High pressure in residence can cause damage to fixtures. True Plumbing replaced current 1” Pressure Regulator Valve (PRV) in residence to return pressure to a safe level. Upon installation pressure was set to 59psi. Thermal expansion tank has also been replaced in residence. Thermal expansion tank works to regulate house pressure when water heater is heating up. Pressure concerns have been address and system is working proper

Cut asphalt/concrete drive way as necessary. Remove concrete/asphalt. Hand dig up to 4’ deep to access water service that is leaking. After confirming pipe material and size, we will then make a proper repair up to 5’ in length using copper pipe. After repairs, restore water to the property and confirm no additional leaks. Once confirmed, we will cover and compact soil around the pipe, and prepare for concrete to be repoured. This price is good for pipe size up to 2” in diameter, and up to 4’ deep. Anything beyond this we will have to notify the customer prior to making the repair. Price includes removal and disposal of concrete and asphalt. —— After excavating and back filling the trench, and confirming no additional leaks. We will compact the dirt. Sub contract concrete company to pour concrete to customers specifications. Notice; after further discussion, we filled the trench in with concrete to be prepared for asphalt. Discounted the job.

Junoon Lounge Men’s right urinal was clogged and water would not go down. Let customer know that the first step is to auger the urinal which is snaking the urinal itself. If that does not clear the clog, will need to pull urinal off the wall to use the sewer machine to snake through the drain. Drained water and pulled out grate. Ran urinal auger through and managed to clear clog. Flushed multiple times and urinal no longer backs up.

Scope of work is to furnish and install new 50 gallon gas water heater. Drained current water heater and removed from stand. Installed new 3/4” pressure regulator valve (PRV). Reworked copper piping. Installed updated whole home water shut off valve. Furnished and installed new 50 gal gas heater. Expansion tank has been installed on cold line under stand of heater due to space. Connected piping, venting, and gas to new heater. Shut off valve for heater has been installed. Restored water to property and set temperature on heater. Recirculation pump crossover tee has been installed under master bathroom sink. Set pressure to residence at 65 psi.

Arrived at office for clogged sink and not working disposal. Upon investigation noticed sediment build up in both traps. Disposal motor has completely failed and is not running with power. Customer was experiencing leak in front yard on main water line, technician excavated pipe and found break on polybutylene pipe, performed repair by cutting out a section and replacing with section of PEX-a piping connecting to copper on one end, but due to polybutylenes issues and recalled status, True plumbing cannot warranty the repair. Reinstated water and ensured leak was eliminated, backfilled hole to the best of our ability.

10/6/25 Customer called to have a gas grill hooked up. TP arrived and checked water pressure. Home pressure is safe at 60psi. Gas fitting that came with grill is defective. Advised to reach out to manufacturer for a replacement. Tied in gas grill with a ProCoat Gas Connector. Tested for leaks. NO leaks. Tested grill and flames come on. Could not keep flame lit due to rainy conditions. We hope you enjoy your new grill.

Customer called for water leak in yard. Arrived at property and water can be seen pooling and small area in yard. Exposed and uncovered irrigation piping. Pinhole leak is coming from 1 inch irrigation line. Scope of work is to make replacement on section of piping. Water pressure to property is 149psi. Turned off water to property to replace section of piping. Replace section of piping on two 1 inch irrigation lines. Restored replace pressure regulator valve and thermal expansion tank. Current water heater is from 2017.

Called customer to see if they had questions regarding estimate provided.

Customer was experiencing a stoppage affecting the toilets and floor drains in the womens restroom, customer stated this was the third time in two weeks. Technician ran a snake through a clean-out in the floor of the womens restroom and cleared the stoppage about 10-15’ out, ran the camera and found no issues, found drain pipe was clear and had proper slope. Technician believes issue is either feminine products are being flushed and causing a stoppage, or the pressure assisted toilets are not strong enough to flush and may need to be swapped out for traditional tank type toilets.

Customer called for leak at property. Arrived at property and customer stated that water can be seen coming up through flooring in pantry. Wood flooring is wet and flooring in living room is also wet. Customer stated they have turned off main shut off valve located in garage off. Customer has stated that leak is less when water is turned off at main. Customers kitchen sink is underneath slab. Waterlines appear to have slab leak. Water is still on at city meter. Estimate for new main water service and reroute of kitchen waterlines will be given. Contact information for Leak Detection will also be given. Replace stand alone tub drain tail piece only. Reinstall tub drain and verify no more leaks. Additional charges would apply if we have to rework the drain in ceiling below/cut additional drywall. —- Returned to complete proposed work. Installed new Oatey free standing tub drain kit, includes some wood work to secure the flange. Set the tub, and installed new shutoff valves. Ran water through the tub, filled tub up multiple times verifying no more leaks. I then fully caulked around the bathtub,and recommended waiting 24 hours for the caulk to fully cure before using. Checked water pressure to the home at 100 psi. Anything 80 psi is considered too high, Thermal expansion tank also failed. Furnish and installed new 3/4” pressure regulator valve. Furnish and installed new thermal expansion tank at no additional cost. Customer paid via check
