Responded to customer inquiry regarding shower cartridge replacement. Upon arrival, conducted thorough assessment of the plumbing system to locate and evaluate the shower valve assembly. Photographically documented existing plumbing infrastructure, including water pressure gauge reading and main water supply configuration mounted on basement utility wall. Inspected vertical PVC supply lines, shut-off valves, brass fittings, and connection points to determine system compatibility and identify the specific cartridge type required for replacement. Assessed water pressure levels and verified proper operation of isolation valves necessary for safe cartridge removal and installation.
Responded to follow-up call regarding water intrusion at recently replaced basement water line entry point. Inspected copper supply line installation with brass ball valve and compression fittings where pipe penetrates foundation wall. Documented significant water staining, mineral deposits, and wall deterioration around pipe penetration point, confirming active water infiltration during rain events. Photographed evidence of moisture damage and leakage patterns at pipe entry location for further assessment and remediation planning.
Responded to service call for dual plumbing issues. Repaired leak at garbage disposal mounting collar where unit connects to sink basin, ensuring proper sealing. Located and addressed secondary leak in basement plumbing beneath tub, resolving water intrusion problem.
Completed follow-up service to address previously identified issue with meter box installation. Excavated and regraded soil around multiple utility access points to ensure covers are properly flush with ground level. Verified proper accessibility of valve components within meter housing and confirmed no obstructions to utility access.
Completed water service replacement through concrete wall. Installed new copper pipes with brass fittings and added green insulation to one pipe section. Excavated around the service line and sealed penetration through wall with cement patching material.
Customer was experiencing a clog, found alarm to lift station going off, attempting to bypass float did not drain showing that pump was likely jammed, returned next day to perform work. Work performed as follows: Turned off breaker to lift station pump and drained basin of sewage, sprayed down and drained basin multiple times to ensure no foreign objects remained in basin that could jam pump. Once basin has been pumped out, sewage ejection grinder pump was disconnected and removed for inspection. Found wipes jamming the grinder pump blades as well as more wipes pulled out by the jetter Venturi pump. Unjammed blades by removing wipes and tested pump, reset pump into basin and filled basin until float switch was triggered to test all aspects of pump system.
Arrived at property to inspect lift station. Alarm has been tripped for lift station. Removed lid to basin and inspected station to be full. Attempted to bypass float to lift station and pump is not activating. Basin pimp will need to be removed and inspected for debris.
Homeowner called for possible leak and residence. Arrived at property and customer stated that subfloor/wood underneath toilet appears to have moisture. Streaks of water marks can be seen coming down 4 inch PVC pipe for toilets on first floor. Flooring around toilet appears to be warped. Scope of work is to pull and reset toilet to inspect flange and seal. Pulled Kohler skirted toilet and inspected wax seal. Reset toilet with two wax seals. Flange of toilet is intact tested toilet thoroughly and toilet is not leaking. new supply line has been added to toilet. System is working properly. Static pressure to proper is 57 psi.

Replaced water service line from water meter to inside of home, dug a hole near water meter and cut out section of concrete in garage and used directional drilling to run new line into home, reconnected to copper inside home with new isolation valve and Pressure Regulating Valve. Also removed and hauled away old water heater, provided and installed new 40 gallon gas short water heater, included new isolation valve and thermal expansion tank which was be mounted and secured per code requirements. Reinstated water to home, purged as much air out as possible and tested all installed components, set new water pressure to 70psi, lit pilot light on water heater and set water heater to approximately 120°F. Patched section of concrete in garage.
Technician tested leak after better by isolating home and irrigation lines and found the meter continued to track water, no signs of water anywhere on surface around the home. Technician wrote up quote to replace water line from meter to home with optional water heater replacement.
