Customer scheduled to have a plumbing inspection of home conducted. TP arrived and conducted inspection. Found a break on condensation line from tankless water heater during inspection. Repaired break. Inspection report will be in job task details. Customer approved to have tankless water heater flushed and filters cleaned. Office will confirm date and time.
Replaced broken garbage disposal in unit #C2 from work previously completed.
Disposal is under manufacturer warranty of 3yrs, but no warranty under True Plumbing.
This service includes removing standing water from the Unit C1 sink and performing flex shaft drain cleaning up to 25 feet through the existing drain line.
Units C1 and C2 show evidence of drainage clogs. The resident of Unit C1 reports that water backs up into their sink even when not in use, indicating that drainage from upstream units (C3 and C4) is backing up into the lower unitsā plumbing. Unit C1 experiences the most severe backup as it is located furthest downstream in the drain system.
Inspection of the drain piping in the crawl space revealed a significant leak with constant dripping above the stack connection point where all kitchen sink drain lines converge. At this time, we cannot definitively determine whether the leak originates from the common drain pipe or from one of the individual unit branch drains.
Attempted drain cleaning with flex shaft machine with no success after two passes. The equipment lodged inside the pipe and we had to cut the line in order to reconnec

When testing water pressure, psi dropped to 35 when running the tub. Possible issue with the pressure regulator. Customer stated they are not experiencing any drop in pressure when running multiple fixtures. Turned psi up to 65
Top floor master shower is not getting good water pressure. House was built in 2021. Let customer know it could be the shower head. Recommend getting a shower head that has less nozzles to spray from which should increase the pressure coming out.
Checked water meter to make sure water is turned on fully. The meter was fully on.
Arrived at residence to investigate issues with lukewarm water throughout the home. I noticed they have a recirculating pump with a check valve, which I turned off to test. After turning off the valve on the recirculating line, I tested the hot water and found that everything was functioning properly. I replaced the check valve to address the issue. I also adjusted the hot water temperature if few degrees higher for the customer.
Customer also mentioned that the water pressure specifically in the master shower was low. Customer opted to have the pressure reducing valve adjusted higher, and I removed the showerhead and found a gasket lodged in the pipe. Reinstalled the showerhead and tested to find that the flow was much improved.
Customer mentioned that the upstairs guest bath faucet was not secured on the cold side. I noticed that the support was installed improperly. I removed a washer and installed the support back. Tested and found that it was more secure. No guarantee on longevi
Scope of work is to uncover and excavate main sewer line located in front of driveway. Excavated area previously marked from camera inspection. Remove removed brick driveway and proceeded to uncover 4 inch PVC sewer line. Line is completely disconnected at fitting. Scope of work is to replace section of separated sewer line. Removed section of damaged sewer line. And installed new 4 inch PVC connections. Additional fittings have been used as to prevent tension on piping. Mechanical connections have been used and covered in concrete. Area has been backfilled. System is working properly.
Included in scope of work is to flush tankless water heater. Used haymaker solution to flush heat exchanger of tankless water heater. Water heater has been flushed continuously. Solution has been purged from water heater before returning hot water to residence. Water heater is working properly upon completion.
Customer called for a clog at property. Arrived at property to diagnose. Customer currently has two cleanouts at property. Standing sewerage can be seen in cleanout closest to property while second cleanout is clear. Used flex shaft cable to clear blockage. Camera inspection has been performed and full seperation can be seen in main sewer line. Located area of seperation. Performed full camera inspection of line. Please refer to attached estimate to replace section of seperated sewer line.

Customer called about a running toilet and high water bill. True plumbing arrived and checked water pressure. Home pressure is safe at 60psi. Adjusted water level on toilet in main bathroom. Replaced Kholer aquapiston stem in tank and supply line. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks as of rn. Left customer with a dye test and educated on how to use. Advised to allow dye to sit for 24hrs in order to get accurate results.

Performed the following work: Replaced hot and cold Pfister faucet cartridges on right double vanity sink in the primary bathroom. Found what looks like wood debris in the cold side supply line. Removed supply line and flushed stop valve of any debris. Installed a new supply line. Checked for leaks. No leaks were found. Faucet now has proper flow on the cold side.
At no additional charge, tightened faucet to the countertop in the hall bathroom. Due to the countertop faucet hole being to large, the faucet may become loose again.
