Exceeded expectations in all categories - communications, quality of work and price.
Arrived at residence for broken sink faucet. Customer requested replacement with customer supplied faucet. Cut off water to home and drained down the system. Removed old faucet fixture and installed new faucet fixture. Replaced braided supply lines. Cut water back on to the home and tested. Please refer to attached estimate to replace section of cast iron for bathroom group.
Scope of work is to rework kitchen sink drain. Scope of work will be to install new p trap underneath kitchen sink and install a new air admittance valve (studor vent). Removed section of 2” drain line and p-trap. Mechanical connection has been used on existing 2” branch arm for kitchen to connect new piping. New access for piping has been made below kitchen sink. New studor vent and p-trap has been installed. Tested system and kitchen sink can still be seen backing up. Inspected tie in point for kitchen sink branch arm at cast iron transition point. Cast iron is clogged and flexshaft has been used to clear section of cast iron. Tested kitchen sink and system is working properly. Note: Estimate for cast iron replacement will be sent on separate invoice for viewing.

Arrived at property to inspect kitchen sink not draining properly. Inspected downstairs and current PVC p trap is leaking. Current kitchen sink exceeds maximum distance for proper venting. Estimate has been approved to rework kitchen sink drain and add proper venting to system. Static psi to property is 65psi with water heater heating up. Note: Homeowner has been informed of venting of water heater that is disconnected. Informed homeowner of possible options to replace water heater. Currently unable to reconnect venting due to length of venting not being up to code. Note: Current water heater does not have a thermal expansion tank installed. Please refer to attached estimate for scope of work for expansion tank installation.
Scope of work included: Replaced front hose bibb and repaired leaking section of slip joint kitchen drain pipe. Hydrocemented around hose bibb. Checked for leaks. Water pressure is at 50 psi. **Newly installed 50 gallon gas tank water heater is vented incorrectly and the vent has broken and it is venting into the crawlspace. Notified customer and highly recommended replacing water heater asap with an electric or tankless. This is a significant health hazard.
12/9/25 Customer called about slow drain and leak underneath pedestal sink. TP arrived and tested sink. Leak occurred immediately on a slip joint connection. Disassembled p-trap and cleared clog. Found hair and wast build up. Reinstalled p-trap with PVC. Tested connections by conducting a drop test on sink. NO Leaks and sink is now fully operational.
12/5/25 Customer called about a low flow in shower. TP replaced PRV, Thermal expansion tank, and three shower heads on 10/1/24. Checked water pressure and found it to be safe at 70psi. Removed shower head and tested water flow out of shower arm. Flow is good on shower arm. Inspected shower head and found debris/sediment in screen of washer. Cleaned screen and reinstalled. Shower has good flow now. Inspected two other showers and cleaned the screens.
Wrote estimate for customer
Called for leak on copper line underneath deck. Customer stated there has been a freeze break online going to outdoor spigot. Water is currently shut off upon arrival. Inspected copper line and customer has freeze break on section of piping. Scope of work is to replace section of copper pipe to fix freeze break. Made all necessary connections and supported copper piping properly. Turned back on water and customer has second freeze break further down line. Turned water back off to make repair on second section of copper piping. Replaced second section of copper pipe and connected to existing copper with pro press connections. Turned water back on to connections. All replaced sections of pipe are not leaking. Customers hose spigot at back of property is currently leaking into wood. Attempted to tighten down hose spigot in attempt to stop leak. Hose spigot will need replaced as it is still leaking. Turned water off to property to find shut off for outdoor hose spigot. Customer declined re
Performed sewer inspection for real estate transaction. We first inspected from the 6” cleanout near the side walk. Do not see any issues. We then pulled the toilet inside the house near front door. Inspected main building and sewer drain line. Do not see any issues with the pvc pipe.
