Customer called for garbage disposal not working properly. Arrived at property to inspect garbage disposal. Kitchen sink has standing water in it upon arrival. Drained out kitchen sink and inspected garbage disposal. Removed blockages from garbage disposal and reconnected drain. Tested garbage disposal and garbage disposal can be seen leaking from bottom. Replaced garbage disposal and collar. P-trap has also been replaced. Performed fill test and system is working properly.
Static pressure to residence is 88 psi. Please refer to attached estimates to install new pressure regulator valve and thermal expansion tank.
Customer called to cap off waterlines. Customer stated that angle stops will be in the way of cabinet installation. Shut down water to residence. Capped off to half-inch waterlines for vanity. Restored water to property and checked connections. System is working properly and water is at full pressure to residence.
Customer is not at property upon completion of work for payment. Payment link has been sent.
Arrived at residence for non-stopping toilet. Upon investigation found that fill valve had failed. When going to shut off the valve found that toilet cut off had failed. Shut water down to home and drained. Replaced cut off with new and replaced fill valve. Cut water back on the home and tested found No leaks. Toilet is working with normal operation. Pressure is sitting at a safe 55 psi for the home. Homeowner asked me to investigate the other toilets and shut off’s. Toilet shut off in the adjoining bathroom has failed and is not working. Laundry room toilet and master bathroom toilet both could use rebuild kits in the future. All other toilets and stop valves are working with normal operation. Hot water recirculation pump seems to be worn and if hasn’t already failed could fail soon. Investigated the option of the tankless, however do the location of the hot water heaters tankless does not appear to be best option for the home. Customer would like to have the lantern in the front yard reconnected to the gas line. Checked and found no gas running to the lantern. Checked in crawl space and found the gas line to be disconnected and capped. See quote to reconnect.
Outside the home - use excavator to dig up the sewer line from the house to the septic tank,

Once we have it excavated we will then determine if a septic company will need to come out to pump/service the tank.

Returned to complete proposed work.
We safely excavated the inlet to the septic tank, uncovering the cast iron pipe and inlet to septic tank.
After uncovering, we found the cast iron pipe was broken in two different spots, and the inlet was completely clogged.
After removing the broken pipe, and clearing the clog, we then installed a new pvc pipe on the existing cast iron pipe, and installed new pvc pipe into the septic tank.

Customer had two lavatory faucets leaking from the handles indicating failed cartridges, unfortunately plumber couldn’t access cartridges without permanently damaging faucets. Wrote up quote to replace both faucets and will return once customer has acquired new lavatory faucets. Water pressure to home is at a safe level at 60psi.

Customer called for an estimate on a toilet installation and pedestal sink. True Plumbing arrived and inspected crawl space for drain set up of bathroom. Customer asked to inspect dehumidifier system as well as a yard hydrant installation. Will leave estimates in attachment.
Followed up to cut clean-out pipe below concrete, set clean-out cap and iron cover.
Customer is experiencing flow issues especially when running multiple fixtures and/or high flow fixtures. Tech tested pressure and found it was at a safe level at 60psi and dropped to 40 when running another fixture. Pressure Regulator is relatively newer, technician checked filter on regulator and found it is clear. Technician recommends to speak with neighbors and city as this may be an issue before the meter. Left quote to replace Pressure Regulating valve and main shutoff as next step, but cannot guarantee this will solve any issues. Waived dispatch fee.
Psi 60
Main floor master shower is dripping randomly hours after customer has last used shower. Replace delta cartridge as water dripping from the shower head can only occur through the shower valve. The cartridge is what controls the water to the shower head and wear can cause the cartridge to not seal off the water completely causing the drip to occur.
Arrived at residence for leaking showerhead. Upon investigation found that previously installed cartridge came damaged from the factory. Installed a new cartridge. Cleared soft tissue stoppage with camera through two-way Clean-out outside in driveway.
Customer is experiencing leak at foundation, foundation company recommended to call plumbers. Technician checked water meter and found no active leaks were occurring outside or inside the home. Found there was a septic tank nearby where sewer main exits home. Technician believes either there is a crack or separation between foundation and outside clean-out and offered to pull toilet and run camera, or the septic tank leach field is close enough to home to cause leak though foundation. Customer will have septic company investigate first. Waived dispatch fee.
Water leaking from third floor onto second floor ceiling in utility closet. After inspection, found a drain pipe in the attic that was overflowing. This drain services both HVAC air handler units.
Performed the following work: Used a tub gun drain machine to clear out drain. Poured water down drain to verify the drain was cleared. Recommended periodically cleaning the drain with a drain machine as well as using a drain cleaner. Recommended drain cleaner is Bio One. Removed a section of drywall in utility closet to further inspect for leaks. Unable to identify any other leaks at this time. Recommended having the drywall ceiling in the utility closet removed so the area can be dried out and inspected for further leaks.
Moen leak detection alarms can be helpful with identifying leaks quickly. These can be purchased at most big box hardware stores and Amazon.

Technician inspected failed thermostatic cartridge by removing handle, consulted with warehouse manager on ordering new part. Found water pressure to h9me was initially over 80psi, leveled off at 67psi after running a fixture which indicates a failed thermal expansion tank, included quote to replace thermal expansion tank to correct this.
Arrived at residence to install customer supplied laundry room faucet. Removed old laundry room faucet, and installed new laundry room single hole Moen faucet. Cut water back on and tested unit found no leaks and faucet is working with normal operation. While working on faucet noticed that sink is coming apart from countertop. Recommend having a handyman or countertop company reinstall sink. While at property homeowner mentioned high water bill. Investigated all toilets in the house. Four of the six toilets were having issues. Two downstairs toilets needed replacement ring seals. One toilet upstairs needed a 3 inch flapper and the main culprit of water usage was a broken fill valve in the boys bathroom. Shut off water to toilet and removed old fill valve and installed new fill valve. Cut water back on. Tested for leaks. Found none. All four toilet issues have been resolved. Spent time using the camera to locate and map out the existing drain system within the slab of the home.
Provided an estimate on replacing the drain line in the slab of the basement.
Scope of work is to install new 4.8 gallon thermal expansion tank. Current expansion tank is undersized for system and has been installed in 2012. A full expansion tank will put extra pressure on pressure regulator valve. New expansion tank will be properly pressurized. System will be checked for proper working order upon installation.
Customer initially called true plumbing about steady stream of water coming from 4” PVC drain pipe discharging into creek. After searching True finally found a second buried meter which was water for the house, isolating main inside the home showed meter still tracking water usage meaning a leak was occurring between the meter and the home and finding its way into the French drains surrounding the home. Customer opted to have line fully replaced.
Work performed as follows:
Trenched from meter to home and replaced with new 1” PEX-a piping, installed new meter nipple to bring up to code, connected to copper inside home with new isolation valve and new Pressure Regulating Valve. Sealed off both side of new penetration through foundation and capped old line. Reinstated water to home and tested all installed components, ensured no other leaks were present. Backfilled trench, left two holes uncovered where irrigation was damaged (unavoidable due to extremely compact dirt with dense root sy
Performed the following work: Directional drilled from the water meter to the crawl space. Installed a new 1” PEX A water service. Checked for leaks. Backfilled area by water meter. Capped old water service in crawlspace.
Customer has gas leak coming from underneath the siding of the house. Checked in crawl space and did not see any gas lines. Will need to cut drywall in home to see where gas line runs.
Excellent communication and service
Scope of work is to furnish and install new icemaker. Disconnected and removed current ice maker. Made new waterline connections for new ice maker line. Connected electrical and tested system. System is working properly and producing ice.
Note: Discard all ice made in first 3 hours of operation per manufacturer instructions.
Preformed extended diagnosis on pressure issues and hot water on second floor. Tracked down hot and cold water lines for heater on 3rd floor. Inspected all valves in drop ceiling on second floor. Confirmed all valves are on. Cut out and removed automatic water stop on cold side. Reconnected piping to test system. System is working properly and second floor has hot water and proper rate of flow.
Valves in 3rd floor bathroom will need replaced. Also recommended to replace valves in bathrooms on 2nd floor.
Customer had a leak under the primary bathroom lavatory sink- sink on the right side.
Upon arrival, customer already had taken apart supply lines and water turned off at shutoff valves.

Work completed as follows. Turned off water to the home.
Cut out existing shutoff valves.
Installed customer supplied shutoff valves, and extended the copper pipes so the shutoff valves are slightly higher.
I then furnish and installed new supply lines.
Restored water, and tested.
Ran water for 10 minutes, making sure no leaks,

Arrived at residence for leaking hose spigots. Upon investigation, found that left side house hose bib needed insides replaced. Cut off water from inside and pulled apart hose bib. Replaced all washers in spring inside and reinstalled. Tested and found no leaks. Hose spigot is working with normal operation.
