Job Locations and Reviews
Customers water meter located inside closet of garage, was leaking for several days according to the tenant. This leak cause damage to the existing water heater. Work completed as follows: Furnish and installed new 50 gallon gas water heater. Includes new thermal expansion tank with proper support. Furnish and installed new 3/4” regulator valve. Removed leaking water meter until new one can be replaced. Customer responsible for notifying their HOA about no water meter in the mean time until new one arrives, whether through true plumbing or different entity. We will provide estimate on new meter.
Psi 70 Thermal expansion tank above water heater started to leak. Customer shut off water to heater. Pumped new expansion tank up to 70 psi and replaced old tank. Turned on water and checked for leaks. No leaks detected.
Arrived at residence for leaking toilets. Upon investigation found different issues in each toilet. In two toilets, replaced the fill valve and supply lines. Checked for leaks found none. In other toilets replaced the flappers and cleaned, mold and algae growth inside of tanks. Fixed different sink stoppers through the house and also tightened different handles for faucets in the house. Investigated thoroughly through house looking for leak and was unable to find anything. Shut water off the home and then tested meter by turning it back on and seeing if it ran. Meter no longer ran. How is pressure is sitting in a safe 70 psi. Arrived at residence to provide estimate options for replacing water heater or potentially upgrading water heater.
Customer was experiencing a backup and water flowing out between toilet and floor. Technician pulled toilet and ran flexshaft until cleared, ran camera and found a root intrusion outside in back yard. Reattached flange to pipe, reset toilet with new wax ring, supply line, toilet bolts and caps. Tested and caulked around base of toilet. See quote for permanent repair.

We arrived on-site to investigate previously identified issues with the sewer line, specifically a piece of metal obstructing the pipe and potential pipe damage at that location. Findings: During our repair work last week, we observed sewage water leaking from an upstream section of the pipe and identified a metal object (appearing to be rebar) that had penetrated through the pipe wall. To confirm the extent of the damage, we performed a comprehensive sewer camera inspection, which verified that the sewer pipe is severely compromised by this metal piece running directly through the center of the pipe. We cleared the line using a hydro jetter to restore proper drainage. However, this location represents a critical failure point and appears to be the primary issue affecting the system. We extended our camera inspection beyond building address 10260 through to the street manhole and discovered additional problems: a 30-40 foot section of pipe with significant bellying (improper slope), c
Customer called for drain smells at property in both mens and women’s bathrooms. Inspected floor drains and recommended staffing to pour more water down each. Toilet in men’s room is not secured. Recommended to pull and reset toilet to inspect flange and wax seal. Removed toilet and flange is damaged. Cut out and removed flange to replace.new flange has been installed and secured. New wax ring has been installed. Toilet has been flushed extensively and system is working properly.

11/10/25 Customer called about a handle broken on a kitchen faucet. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 72psi. Customer stated that garbage disposal is leaking as well. Customer already has kitchen faucet replacement. Advised to replace disposal. Disconnected and unmounted garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Furnished and installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. Any parts and materials supplied by customer can not be warranted. Furnished and installed a 1/2HP garbage disposal. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks. We hope you enjoy your new faucet and disposal.
