Diagnosed a main line clog in the drainage system causing air displacement through the toilet when shower water entered the system. Inspected plumbing system, identifying blockage in main drainage line affecting multiple fixtures. Successfully cleared obstruction using professional-grade equipment, restoring proper drainage function throughout the home.
Diagnosed and replaced leaking Rheem gas water heater. Installed new expansion tank with proper wall mounting and secured with metal straps. Connected new copper lines to existing plumbing system and verified all connections were leak-free.
Responded to leak in pool house. Accessed property using provided gate codes. Identified damaged section of PVC pipe with deteriorated wall surface surrounding the plumbing. Documented condition with photos showing vertical white PVC pipe with metal fittings and associated wall damage.
