Arrived at residence for replacing a hose bib. Customer wanted frost free hose bib replaced with regular half-inch hose bib. Customer supplied half-inch hose bib. Shut down water to existing bib and pulled existing out of wall. Cut copper and installed new hose bib. Pushed back into wall and supported from inside. Siliconed the exterior so that nothing may enter and hose bib will be stable. Please allow 3 to 4 hours for silicone to dry before use. Turned on water and tested for leaks. Found none. Let customer know that the pressure regulator has started to fail as running a faucet caused the pressure to drop to 45 psi and the pressure slowly climbed back up. Replaced prv with new one provided by True Plumbing. New Prv set to 50 psi.
For this job I replaced the toilet and water heater . I began with the removal of the old toilet I inspected the flange and noted the flange to be in good condition. While examining the shutoff valve at the toilet I noticed that it was not in great condition. I replaced the shutoff valve free of charge and began the installation of the new toilet. After successfully installing the toilet and determining there were no further issues I began the removal of the old water heater. I drained and removed the water heater successfully and began the installation of the new water heater. I also replaced the expansion tank and used banding iron to support it to the joists. After the successful install I inspected the system and cleaned up the job site.

Disconnected and hauled off old faucet and pop up assembly. Furnished and installed a Kholer Faucet with a new pop up assembly and p-trap. Tested by filling sink and NO Leaks. Leak coming from ceiling in main floor. Tenet removed light fixture and was able to see that the subfloor above was wet and had water leaking down to the ceiling below.
Removed trim for shower and did not see any leaks in at the shower valve.
Removed the baseboard next to the shower and saw water stains coming from above. The shower tiles are missing quite a bit of grout and as it is an older shower, it is not sealed as well. Recommend having tile company regrout the shower so water cannot get into the wall.

I wrote multiple estimate options to include just the toilet, expansion tank, or addressing everything together. Customer opted to talk it over with her husband over the weekend. Scheduled follow up phone call Monday morning.
