Replace the water service line from the meter to inside the home. We will reconnect the irrigation system near the meter. Inside the basement, we will have to cut and remove section of the wood panel in order to access the water line. Drill new hole through foundation wall as necessary. We will horizontal bore a new water line from the meter to just outside the home. This will avoid having a trench through the yard, and not damage the front porch or side walk. Install new main shutoff valve and regulator valve. Cover and compact soil upon completion. Water service warrantied for a long as you own the home. Returned to complete proposed work - Replaced water service line from the meter to inside the home. Reconnected irrigation system. Installed new 1” Uponor PEX pipe. Installed new pressure regulator valve. Once installed, restored water to the home and verified no leaks on the system. Discounted diagnostic charge

1/21/26 Customer called about an inconsistency of hot water on an 8yr old 40gal electric heater. TP arrived and checked water pressure. Bu Home pressure is safe at 52psi. Reached out to Rheem technical support and conducted a few tests on unit. Adjusted temperature on heating elements to 125F due to the change in weather. Found that the thermal expansion tank has failed and a replacement is advised. Shut water off to unit and partially drained. Removed compromised thermal expansion tank. Furnished and installed a new 2.1 gal thermal expansion tank and pressurized it to 55psi. Conducted a minor repipe for tank and secured unit with a bracket. Turned water back on and tested for leaks.
