Customer called for estimate on gas line install for commercial property. Arrived at property to inspect. Customer stated commercial property is divided into separate sections. Sections of property do not have heating inside and customer would like HVAC unit installed. Recommended to customer to call HVAC company for estimate on size of unit(s) needed to heat commercial space. Once estimate and units have been given by HVAC company True Plumbing will revisit to inspect gas and gas lines to property. Note: If gas meter is not adequately sized for new HVAC unit city services will need to be contacted to change or upgrade meter before install of new gas lines. Note: Informed customer of gas smell near meter and recommended to contact Atlanta Gas Light.

11/11/25 Customer called about a stiff diverter handle on shower and a leak in-between units. TP arrived and checked water pressure to unit. Unit is safe with 50psi. Went into unit below and found staining on ceiling. Advised Neighbor that ceiling will need to be cut in order to diagnose leak. TP replaced valve stems on three handle shower valve on 1/15/25. Shower valve is original to home and stiffness is due to normal ware and tare. Discussed options for a replacement. Will leave estimate in attachments. Prepped area for drywall cutting. Exposed shower drain. Ran water in shower upstairs. Splashed water on trim and overflow. Filled bathtub and drained. No signs of water intrusions. Sealed opening with plastic and advised to keep monitoring.

Arrived at property for a clogged toilet. Upon investigation decided to auger toilet first. Augured toilet and pulled back copious amounts of toilet paper and paper towels. Flush toilet and everything went down. Flush toilet Several times over and toilet is working with normal operation. Notice small amount of construction debris in floor trap in bathroom, stuck auger down and push them through however, was not able to get all through put water in trap and trap is still working with normal operation. Wrote up estimate to reconnect gas meter to house through storage unit.

Hall shower was not diverting water properly. When turned to shower head, the spout still ran water at about full pressure. Removed trim and replace pfister diverter.

Moved and reworked 1/2” gas line to stovetop to accommodate new separate stove installation, reinstated gas to home, tested all installed components and relit pilot light on water heater. Water pressure to home is at a safe level at 70psi.

Provided estimate on repipe of home. This will include removing all grey polybutylene pipe Offered financing as well.

10/6/25 Customer called about a leak on laundry drain line. TP arrived and found that remediation for water damage is underway. Access to pipes is available and repairs can be done. Found present cast iron to be in bad condition. Normal ware and tare of pipe has lead to cast iron flake build up. Unforeseen build up of waste and grease from previous homeowner has lead to improper drain flow and ventilation. Advised to replace compromised cast iron and replace with PVC Piping. Shut water off to home and drained system. Removed compromised cast iron and replaced with PVC piping. Tested connections by running water and NO Leaks.

Installed customer supplied laundry sink drain and water connections for temporary use in kitchen. Also replaced stop valve to fix leak.

9/22/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to replace current shower valve with customer supplied. Shut water off to shower and drained lines. Removed old shower valve. Furnished and installed a customer supplied three handle shower valve and trim. Customer wanted to keep tub spout and shower head. Price reduction of 150 was applied. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks.

9/17/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to remove old PRV and replace with a 3/4 Watts PRV. Partially drain water heater and remove old thermal expansion tank. Furnish and install a new Thermal expansion tank with a bracket for support. Turn water back on and test for leaks. Home pressure is set to 60psi.

Customer called for toilet clog at property. Customer stated that when toilet is flushed water fills toilet bowl. Checked static pressure to property before performing service. Static pressure is at 60 psi. Ran auger through toilet multiple times. Tested flush of toilet and toilet is flushing properly. Toilet has been flushed multiple times. System is working properly.

Performed descaling service and in the process was able to perform more in depth camera inspection which showed more issues with piping under the concrete. Tested for flow and found everything is flowing properly at this time, but more issues will likely arise from the problematic cast iron piping. Customer paid by check

Dug about 8’ deep where root intrusion was located, cut out section of pipe up to 8’ length and replaced with new PVC pipe, included new clean-out installation as well. Connected ABS and PVC with mechanical couplings and packed concrete around mechanical couplings for reinforcement. Backfilled hole after repair was completed, performed final camera inspection and placed grass back to True’s best ability.

Cut concrete and jackhammer to expose faulty piping. Cut out and performed repipe as detailed in line item description and pictures. Performed camera inspection through new cleanout and found obstruction a few feet down. Performed snaking service and found we cleared the original blockage, but the drain was still slow. Recommended thorough drain descaling, and jetting to attempt to achieve better flow. Will use camera to investigate after descaling is performed. Provided new concrete and repaired hole that we exposed. Customer paid by check

Eliminate as much cast iron in basement ceiling as much as possible and replaced with PVC. Scope of work included pulling toilets and eliminating lead flanges and replacing with PVC flanges, will attempt to replace tub drain to eliminate s-trap, all vertical stacks and vents were left and tied into PVC below. Included reworking sewer ejection pump vent and drain to code. Tested all installed components after work was completed by running all fixtures.

9/10/25 Customer called about a a back up of water on laundry line. True Plumbing arrived and found the material of piping for laundry line is cast-iron. There is about 10 feet of cast-iron remaining before transitioning into PVC piping. Advise to snake line in order to de-scale current cast-iron pipe. Will give estimate for cast-iron replacement in attachment.

* customer states toilet not working properly . Customer mentioned that some of the hardware inside of the tank was full of corrosion which was marking the bowl every time it would get clean . Removed damage toilet and installed a new Kohler toilet . Inspected the flange , flange I’m good condition. Set the new toilet with new bolts and supply line . Applied caulking around the base for good sealing . Flushed a couple times to check for leaks .

Customer was experiencing a leak on cast iron pipe in basement ceiling due to a crack. Plumber inspected pipe to find solution on replacing and found connection near cast iron had incorrectly connected drain and vent from sewer ejection pump. Wrote up estimate to replace cast iron as well as rework drain and vent to sewer ejection pump to bring up to code.

Ran camera through clean-out near home, inspected root intrusion and wrote up estimate for repair. Camera charge waived per Paul.
