Arrived at residence to install quoted whole home water filter. Cut off water to the property, drained down and removed old whole home filter. Installed new whole home filter and repiped into system. Cut water back on to home and tested fixtures. Home system is back to normal operation. Water filter needs 48-72 hours of soaking at which point we will return to purge the filter. Customer experiencing a leaking water service near the water meter. After digging down to the water service, found that the existing water service is blue polybutylene tubing. Highly recommended replacement of water service due to known issues and discontinuation of blue poly. Customer opted for repair at this time. Repaired leaking section of blue polybutylene with copper. Checked for leaks. No leaks were found. **No warranty for repairs on blue polybutylene tubing. **True Plumbing does not repair landscaping.

Excavate up to 9’ deep, and replace up to 10’ of pipe. Install new 6” cleanout if necessary. Once we have the line cleared, we will inspect the remainder of the sewer line to make sure there’s no other issues. Not responsible for landscape repair or replacement or plants. Not responsible for irrigation repair.

Customer had rebuilt tank in master bathroom and had a leak with concern of a cracked tank. Technician inspected tank and found nut wasn’t fully tightened causing a leak. Tightened up all nuts and tested finding no other leaks were occurring. Recommend to keep chlorine tablets out of toilet tanks as they degrade the seals in tank.

Pulled toilet on main floor and used camera to clear soft tissue stoppage. After clearing, verified no other stoppages and the drain line is in good working order. Reset toilet and flushed several times.

Arrived at property for leaking washing machine valves and also two hose spigots. Inspected hose spigots and valves and gave recommended estimates. Homeowner approved washing machine valve replacements and to replace hose spigot located at back of property. Static psi to property is 56psi. Turned off water to property and installed new hose spigot and dedicated shut off valve. Hose spigot has been secured and sealed. Used silicone around hose spigot. New washing machine valves have been installed and hoses have been reconnected. Restored water to property and checked connections. System is working properly and is at full pressure. Note: Please refer to attached estimate to replace front hose spigot in future. Note: Estimate to flush tankless water heater has been attached. Customer was experiencing a clog affecting kitchen sink, technician ran flex shaft through drain until finally clearing stoppage fining grease and eggshells to be the biggest culprits. While working under kitchen sink the drain to disposal disintegrated, technician replaced disposal with new 3/4HP disposal. Reinstalled slipjoint drains and tested.

Arrived at property for a leaking hose spigot and to inspect gas fire place that is nonfunctioning. Checked pressure to residence and pressure fluctuations can be seen dropping from a pressure of 75psi down to 65psi on multiple occasions during testing. Pressure has be checked on tankless water heater. Gas can be smelled at tankless heater. Combustion gas detector has been used as well as leak solution. Leak can be detected on 3/4” gas union. Homeowner approved replacement. New 3/4” gas union has been installed on tankless and checked for leaks. Inspected gas fire place in crawlspace. Gas fireplace is not currently connected. Please refer to detailed scope of work to install new gas line for fireplace. Inspected hose spigot in crawlspace. Due to age of spigot replacement is recommended. Please refer to attached estimate.

Replaced hose bibb to get it closer to the wall. Removed existing one and installed multi turn hose bibb to get it as close as possible to the wall.

Arrived at residence for leaking garbage disposal. Upon investigation found that garbage disposal has failed completely. Removed old garbage disposal and replaced with new half horsepower badger disposal. Tested unit with water. Found no leaks. Unit is working with normal operation. Arrived at residence to install customer supply instant hot water heater. Installed new heater, cut water back on and tested for leaks. Found none. Leak in yard around where True Plumbing repaired the water service a few years back. Dug up water service and found leak to be next to where the original repair was located. Let customer know that the copper tubing was type m which is the thinnest walled tubing and roots were also growing alongside the copper which caused the tubing to break. Replaced section of tubing. Turned on water and tested for leaks. No leaks detected.

Psi 55 2 upstairs bathroom showers were not getting hot enough water. Adjusted antiscald setting and water is now hot. Checked basement toilet and found sewage pump to not function properly. Customer will try to get warranty on pump.

12/1/25 Customer called to have a sewer scope of home. TP arrived and could not locate clean out. Pulled toilet in basement. Flange is in good condition. Introduced sewer camera into drain through flange. Cast iron is in decent condition. Cast iron transitions into 4in PVC in front yard near light post. PVC is in good condition. Found a clean out buried in front yard. Unable to locate due to routed power lines in yard as well as terrain depth. Advised to install a clean out near home for maintenance and inspection.

Psi 140 Let customer know that the pressure is too high for the home and the toilet that was running was keeping the pressure at safe levels. Replace prv and thermal expansion tank to properly regulate water pressure in home. Secure thermal expansion tank to wall using bracket. Replace delta lavatory cartridge with seat and springs for upstairs master bathroom right side faucet, hot and cold handles. The faucet had leak coming from spout. Adjusted pop up assembly for same faucet as the adjustment does not allow lever to control pop up. Replace fill valve and supply line for running toilet in upstairs jack and jill bathroom. Toilet was constantly running.

Arrived at residence for leaking bidet. Upon investigation determined it was something to do with the fill valve. Removed fill valve and replaced with new. Scope of work is to complete water service installation from previous visit. Scope of work is to locate old main service line before line goes underneath slab of property and cap off line. Used locator to locate old copper main service line in front of property. Uncovered meter box at front of property. Area has been excavated and uncovered fully. Main service line has been located just before entry to foundation of property. Turned off water at city meter to abandon old main service line in front yard. A suitable section of copper has been prepped and capped off. Used concrete to fill area of new main service line upon entry into property through foundation. Hydraulic cement has also been used to seal and secure newly installed hose spigot connection inside of property. Water has been restored to property and pressure has been set to 60psi. Note: True Plumbing warranty is only applicable to newly installed main service line. Warranty does not apply to any existing copper underneat

Called and spoke about hose bib options. Customer wants it to be replaced to get closer to the wall.

After performing the sewer line replacement, TP was not able to have enough fall in the sewer. We propose adding a grinder pump and basin near the sewer exit point of the home. This pump will be responsible for pushing all sewage water up the slope to the city main sewer line. TP will sleeve a 2" discharge line thru the existing sewer line to the city sewer tap. Please see the line item quote below for more details. TP will hire an electrician to wire the control panel and alarm system. This quote is for installing one pump. If customer would like to install a second pump for redundancy, additional cot of $3250 will be applied. The reason for a second pump is to avoid a situation where pump isn't running and sewage backs up into yard before a repair can be made. Scope of work is to furnish and install new 1” PEX-A (Uponor) main water service. Pulled toilet and preformed sewer scope on main sewer line to property. Located depth and area where main sewer line is passing through yard. Fully uncovered main service line at meter and prepped area for directional drilling. Cut concrete inside of property near water heater for new access for main water service. Installed and supported new main service line. New water service has been sleeved through foundation. New hose spigot has been installed and insulated. Upon further inspection property is not believed to have a dedicated shut off valve inside residence prior to service. This is due to multiple stubbed up waterlines servicing individual fixtures as well as prv being installed in ground just after meter. Customer was experiencing a main stoppage affecting the whole building. Technician pulled toilet and ran camera noting that the stoppage was about 36’ from the flange. Ran flexshaft until stoppage was cleared and ran camera again, found 36’ was about where PVC transitions to cast iron, while the cast iron appears to have a fairly rough interior, no other major concerns were seen, concluded stoppage had been either a soft tissue stoppage or by some foreign object which was washed out into the main. Reset toilet with new wax ring, supply line, toilet bolts and caps. Tested.

11/17/25 Customer follow up on a gas line installation for a stove top. Shortened nipple coming out of wall and properly secured piping. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks.

Arrived at property for leak in yard. Water can be seen pooling up from middle of yard when water is turned on for extended period of time. Homeowner stated that waterline is PVC going into property. Due to material of waterline a replacement water service is recommended. Inspected property for suitable location for new water service installation. New location has been identified and new water service installation is scheduled for 11/18/2025. City locates of underground utilities have been called to address of property. City is scheduled to mark location of gas, power, and any other underground utilities. Please refer to attached scope of work for new water service installation. Customer was experiencing wet Sheetrock in kitchen, customer cut Sheetrock for access and technician could see a supply line to refrigerator was slowly dripping. Due to refrigerator being custom built to cabinets, technician could not replace supply line and recommended contacting an appliance company capable of working on this refrigerator.
