Findings: arrived at residence to investigate potential issues with kitchen faucet upon testing it I immediately noticed that the sprayer was leaking heavily when the water was turned on. I also noticed that the aerator was faulty on the faucet, which was a minor concern. Due to the sprayer are not being able to be repaired. Customer opted to have the faucet replaced. Scope of work: Turn off water to the kitchen faucet and disconnect old faucet supply lines, as well as the faucet body itself. Spray under the existing faucet cover plate with cleaner and wipe down to address rust issues. Provide and install new brushed nickel Moen kitchen faucet. Test for leaks and functionality. Provide and install brushed nickel sink hole cover for where old hand sprayer was installed.

Customer called for leak at water meter. Arrived at property to diagnose. Water is pooling just in front of customers meter. Customer gave approval to excavate area to expose main service line. Exposed 1 inch black poly main service line. Sharkbite connection is leaking from three-quarter inch copper transition point. Cut out section of piping and replaced Sharkbite connection with mechanical connection. Restored water to property and checked meter. Meter is not spinning and system is working properly. Water pressure to residence is 30 psi. Attached estimate to replace water heater. Note: Previous plumber has set pressure to 30 psi to avoid brakes or leaks on existing gray poly inside residence.
Main floor master toilet flange is broken. Drill out flange and replace with new flange. Drill holes through concrete to screw flange in place. Customer already pulled toilet and customer will reset toilet.
Customer pulled toilet and found toilet flange to be broken where the bolt slots in. Will need to bring drill bit to remove flange and install new flange.
Arrived at residence for squealing toilet. Upon investigation found it was the master bathroom toilet fill valve. Tested home pressure. It is at a safe 52 psi. Cut water off to toilet and removed old fill valve. Installed new fill valve and supply line. Cut water back on and tested for leaks found none. Toilet is working with normal operation.
