I’ve had True Plumbing providing services for several years, from minor things to water heaters. This was a small thing that could have gotten worse but I was easily able to book an appointment for the next day. They communicated very well across multiple platforms, arrived on time and quickly found the issue and resolved it. I trust them thoroughly in my house with how polite and professional they are. I will continue to call them for any of my plumbing needs without hesitation.

Arrived at the residence to investigate low water flow when water filter system is turned on. Upon investigation found that filters have been clogged by heavy debris. Removed filters and replaced with new. Ran water. Found no leaks and house is back to normal operation. Thank you for choosing True plumbing for all your plumbing needs!
Arrived at residence for leaking showerhead. Upon investigation found that the shower handle was just hard to push in and out. Removed shower handle and cleaned inside. Re-greased the interior components and tested several times. Shower handle is much easier to push and pull now and it’s working with normal operation Thank you for choosing True plumbing for all your plumbing needs!
Arrived at residence for installation of a gas valve for laundry room. Removed old cap and installed new quarter turn valve. Checked for leaks and found none. Arrived at residence for a leak in the ceiling. Upon investigation needed to cut drywall to locate leak. Found small pinhole leak where copper piping was run through a floor joist. Shut off water to home and removed damaged piece of pipe. Replaced with new section of pipe. Turned water back on tested for leaks. Found none. Upstairs toilet fill valve was also found to have failed. Cut water off the toilet and removed old fill valve. Replaced with new fill valve. Turned water back on and tested toilet several times. Arrived at residence for leak in the yard. Upon investigation found that leak is coming right near foundation. Dug down to main waterline pipe and found that leak was on a PVC coupling. Cut back PVC and drained down the line. Installed a chief adapter, then continued from the PVC to copper mainline into the house. Allowed time for a glue to dry and then turned the system back on. Tested system and found no leaks. Put back soil to best of ability and watched meter for a little. System is back to normal operation. Arrived at business for light tissue clog. Upon investigation determined that augering the toilet was the best solution. Augured out the toilet and pulled back light toilet tissue. Arrived at residence to complete flushing of previously installed whole home water filter. Performed flushing as stated in manual. Tested water and water is coming back clear. Turned on water to home and purged the lines. Still may be some air in the lines. This is nothing to worry about and system is back to normal operation. Arrived at residence for clogged toilet. After investigation found the best course of action was to use an auger. Angered the toilet and pulled back some toilet paper. Flushed the toilet and everything went down. Flushed the toilet several more times to test and toilet is working with normal operation. Arrived at business to finish installation of Flushometers on urinals. Shut down water each urinal and removed old flushometer. Installed new ones and checked for leaks. Found none. Both urinals are back to working normal operation. Thank you for choosing True plumbing for all your plumbing needs!
Arrived at residence for leaking garbage disposal. Upon investigation found that garbage disposal has failed completely. Removed old garbage disposal and replaced with new half horsepower badger disposal. Tested unit with water. Found no leaks. Unit is working with normal operation. Arrived at residence for leak in the ceiling. After investigation decided cutting open drywall was the next step forward. Cut open drywall and found uncapped pipe in ceiling. Tested upstairs shower as was done previously before the leak and found that when water backs up it goes backwards to the uncapped pipe and into the ceiling. Arrived at property for urinal rebuilding and replacing insides of toilets. Replaced the fill valves and supply lines on all four toilets (men’s and women’s restrooms). Checked gaskets and flappers. Replaced flappers of two toilets. Pulled and reset upstairs men’s toilet. Reconnected to water and tested several times and found no leaks. Toilet is back to normal operation and is not moving. Please allow caulking to dry underneath for a couple hours before sitting on. Called supply company and ordered parts for urinal rebuilds. Will return Monday to install parts. Arrived at residence for leak in the ceiling. After cutting drywall determined leak was coming from upstairs master bathroom. Next cut drywall in the bedroom was unable to see issue. Then cut cabinet underneath the sink and was able to locate the issue. The issue was when they install the baseboard they shot nails into the pipe. Remove the baseboard in the master bedroom cut drywall and remove nails. Epoxied both the holes and allowed to cure. Please allow another day for epoxy to fully cure. Arrived at residence home to perform quoted work of installing whole home water filtration system. Started by cutting off the water to the home and drained down the system. Cut into the system and rerouted to area of filter. Installed filter and bypass section. Connected everything and turned water back on the home. Checked for leaks and found none. Started the process of soaking the filter for a minimum of 48 hours. Will return on Monday to perform the purging process of the filter. Home water is back to normal operation. Arrived at residence to install customer supply instant hot water heater. Installed new heater, cut water back on and tested for leaks. Found none. Arrived at residence to fix broken tub stopper. Upon investigation found that a specialty tub drain would need to be ordered in order to replace. Fixed and reset drain tested for leaks. Found none. Arrived at business for a clogged toilet. In initial investigation did not see any signs of a clog toilet to begin with. However when placing toilet paper down the toilet with the shower room, the toilet began to clog. Used an auger and cleared out the toilet, tested several more times and ran toilet paper test again. Arrived at residence to replace customer supplied kitchen faucet. Cut off water to old faucet and removed. Installed new faucet and connected to waterlines. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. Find brush nickel replacement for cable driven drain. Return later once part is located and purchased and install. Arrived at residence to install brush nickel cable driven drain. Removed old drain and installed new. Tested and drain is working with normal operation again. Caulked cover in master bathroom. Please allow 5-6 hours for this caulking to dry. Arrived at residence for broken sink stopper and broken Fill valve in downstairs toilet. Started with sink stopper, pulled apart cleaned and reset. Sink is now stopping and holding water properly. Went downstairs and removed old fill valve and replaced with new fill valve and supply line tested toilet several times and found no leaks toilet is working with normal operation. Arrived at residence for newly installed washing machine having a leaking hose. Upon investigation found that Costco just couldn’t get the hose off and replace. Removed old house and replace with new hose that came with machine. Cut water back on test for leaks. Found none. Thank you for choosing True plumbing for all your plumbing needs!
Arrived at residence to install new 50 gallon gas hot water heater. Started by turning off water to the home and draining down heater. Removed old heater and replaced with new. Installed new thermal expansion tank and turned water back on to home. Tested for leaks and found none. Fired up heater and bled lines of air. Hot water should be present with in the hour. Arrived at residence for leaking bidet. Upon investigation determined it was something to do with the fill valve. Removed fill valve and replaced with new. Arrived at residence for dripping shower on previously installed shower valve. Shut down water to home and removed stopper in valve cleaned out valve and cleaned grommets off of stopper. Replaced and turned water back on. Found no leaks, and did not hear the whistling of the water going up the pipe. If it happens again, true, plumbing will come up with a different fix for the issue. Arrived at residence to create quotes for a new hot water heater and a whole home filtration system. Customer also asked for us to take a look at putting a hose bib on the back deck and the possibility of re-running the gas line for their lanterns on the side of the driveway.
