Conducted a sewer scope inspection to locate and assess the condition of the customer's sewer line. Accessed the plumbing system via PVC drainage pipes in the crawlspace, documenting the presence of visible pipe connections and fittings. Noted the absence of an accessible clean-out, which required additional inspection procedures to complete the assessment.
Diagnosed and repaired a leaking drain pipe at customer's bar installation. Upon inspection, found improper sealing at pipe connection points in the P-trap assembly. Disassembled affected plumbing components, cleaned connection surfaces, and reassembled with proper sealing techniques to ensure watertight connections.

Observed multiple circular water stains with yellowish-brown discoloration extending from ceiling to wall junction. Documented extent of damage with photos showing affected areas in room corner near light fixture and electrical outlets.
Inspected water heater installed approximately one year ago that had water accumulating in the drain pan. Verified proper burner operation through sight glass and examined installation area. Found no active leaks at water connections or TPR valve, suggesting condensation or previous minor leak that has since stopped.
Responded to service call for toilet leaking from base. Upon inspection, discovered failed wax ring seal allowing water seepage at the floor connection. Removed toilet, replaced wax ring with new seal, and properly reinstalled fixture with careful tightening of bolts to ensure proper compression of seal without damaging porcelain. Verified proper operation and absence of leaks after repair.
Repaired leaking PVC pipe connection at concrete wall penetration point. Identified failure at elbow joint where horizontal pipe connects to vertical riser, showing signs of deterioration and mineral buildup. Replaced damaged section with new PVC components and sealed wall penetration to prevent future moisture intrusion.
Inspected HVAC ductwork connection showing condensation issues at metal elbow joint secured with green-gasketed clamps. Examined exposed PVC plumbing pipe installation in ceiling/wall cavity with visible structural elements including damaged drywall and wood framing.
Conducted comprehensive inspection of HVAC ductwork system, documenting both interior and exterior components. Interior inspection revealed multiple metal ducts of varying sizes with visible insulated piping and flexible foil-wrapped connections. Exterior assessment identified two dome roof vents and examined gutter system condition, noting some weathering and fascia deterioration.
Investigated leak in basement ceiling, identified cast iron drainage pipe (KMDS-44) with significant leakage causing water damage to surrounding wooden structure. Observed substantial dark liquid seeping through ceiling and running down walls, with evidence of prolonged moisture exposure affecting both the wooden framing and drywall surfaces.
Completed installation of tub/shower valve as specified in the quote. Opened wall access point to expose existing plumbing, identified significant water damage and possible mold growth in the surrounding wall structure. Successfully installed new valve assembly with proper PVC connections, including purple primer application on pipe joints to ensure code compliance.
Responded to follow-up service call for previously rebuilt toilet that was still running. Inspected water supply system and documented pressure reading of approximately 75-80 PSI on the Watts pressure gauge. Adjusted pressure regulator valve to resolve the continuous running issue.
Conducted site assessment for conversion of existing shower to shower/tub combo. Inspected exposed wall cavity with JM insulation and existing plumbing rough-in, including water valve connections and PVC piping. Job requires new fixture installation and plumbing modifications to accommodate tub addition.

Documented the plumbing configuration with photographs, confirming proper installation of braided flexible connector, copper mounting bracket, and associated electrical components. Visual inspection revealed no leaks, damage, or installation defects in the under-fixture assembly.

Provided comprehensive estimate for relocating plumbing to accommodate new cabinetry installation and replacement of all tub, shower, and vanity valves and trim components with compatible fixtures.

Inspection of plumbing fixtures revealed a properly installed sink assembly with functional P-trap, drain pipe, and supply lines. No evidence of leaks, bursts, or damage was observed in the newly installed or well-maintained plumbing components.

Completed installation of customer-supplied toilet and verified proper water flow and drainage in both the new fixtures and existing bathtub.
Diagnosed and repaired leak under kitchen sink that was occurring only during use. Inspected plumbing system and discovered pressure irregularity affecting hot water distribution to main floor shower, evidenced by proper hot water function at adjacent bathroom sink. Replaced damaged pipe fitting and adjusted pressure regulator to restore proper water flow and eliminate leak.
Completed follow-up inspection of plumbing installation project. Documented exposed wall section showing proper installation of black circular valve with copper and PVC connections.
