Loose tail piece on bathroom p-trap caused leak when fixtures was in use. Tightened tail piece. Also replaced Delta hot and cold cartridges in bathroom faucet due to leak from handles.

Bore new PEX water service line from water meter to foundation wall. Use special equipment to trace old water line and locate copper pipe at foundation wall. Connect new 1” PEX to 3/4” soft copper at front of house. Replace pressure regulation valve and set house pressure to 65 PSI. Remove old 50 gallon electric water heater. Install new 50 gallon electric water heater with new cutoff valve and thermal expansion tank. New water service includes lifetime warranty for as long as the current home owner owns the home.
