True Comfort Plan

Plumbing, heating and cooling care, together

Your home has enough moving parts without keeping separate maintenance arrangements for every system. The True Comfort Plan brings seasonal HVAC care and an annual visual plumbing inspection together in one residential membership.

You get a clearer picture of your home’s systems, practical recommendations and member benefits from True Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, a local, family-owned and operated company.

What happens at each visit

Each visit has its own checklist, built around the system being serviced.

Cooling maintenance

1 visit per year

Our cooling inspection and maintenance checklist includes:

Replace a standard 1-inch air filter.
Inspect the outdoor condenser coil for dirt and debris, and clean as needed.
Inspect the accessible indoor evaporator coil for buildup and performance concerns.
Inspect and clear condensate drain lines.
Inspect indoor and outdoor electrical connections and components, tightening as needed.
Test motors, controls and safety switches.
Inspect the outdoor fan blade and motor for rotation, balance, unusual noise or vibration.
Verify indoor blower settings and airflow.
Measure electrical operating readings on motors and the compressor.
Check refrigerant operating pressures and system performance.
Verify equipment disconnects and breaker sizing are appropriate.
Inspect accessible HVAC components for visible safety, installation or code concerns.
Check overall system operation and explain recommended repairs or additional maintenance.

For a standalone maintenance visit, explore our AC tune-up service.

Heating maintenance

1 visit per year

The heating visit addresses the equipment in your home rather than repeating a cooling-only checklist:

Replace a standard 1-inch air filter and review thermostat operation.
Inspect electrical connections, motors, controls and safety switches.
Review blower operation, settings and airflow, and take appropriate electrical readings.
For applicable furnaces, inspect burners, ignition and flame-sensing components and clean as appropriate.
Review accessible heat-exchanger areas and venting on applicable equipment.
Perform appropriate fuel-pressure and combustion checks on applicable gas equipment.
Inspect condensate drainage where the system uses it.
For applicable heat pumps, inspect the outdoor coil and fan and check heating performance, defrost and auxiliary-heat operation.
Review disconnects, breaker sizing and visible safety or installation concerns.
Check overall heating operation and explain recommendations.

For a standalone maintenance visit, explore our furnace tune-up service.

Annual visual plumbing inspection

1 inspection per year, included

Our visual plumbing inspection includes:

Review the overall condition of accessible plumbing systems and major components, including crawlspaces and a visual review of the main sewer cleanout.
Check fixtures, connections and accessible drains for normal operation.
Check water pressure and review the condition and accessibility of the main water shutoff.
Review the water heater’s age, condition and operation.
Look for visible leaks, wear or other concerns in accessible areas.
Review findings with you and provide recommendations without pressure or unnecessary upselling.

This is a visual inspection of accessible plumbing; it is not a sewer-camera inspection or a promise to uncover every concealed issue.

Membership questions

How much does the plan cost?

The first HVAC unit is $149 per year, with each additional unit being $99 per year. Customers can get the first unit free for the first year with any $500 plumbing or HVAC service.

Is plumbing included, or is it a separate plan?

Plumbing and HVAC are bundled. Membership includes one complimentary annual visual plumbing inspection, one cooling maintenance visit and one heating maintenance visit.

Does membership include repairs?

The plan includes the maintenance visits, visual plumbing inspection and stated benefits. Recommended repairs, parts, upgrades and additional services are separate unless included in writing; members receive the applicable repair and replacement discounts.

Does membership extend my repair or equipment warranty?

The plan provides maintenance visits and member benefits. Repairs and equipment have their own applicable warranty terms; membership does not itself establish an extended warranty. We’ll explain the coverage that applies to any work you approve.

Who schedules the included visits?

You are responsible for scheduling visits within the applicable service period. We may provide courtesy reminders, but you do not need to wait for a reminder to arrange service.

How quickly can I arrange service?

Same-day service appointments are almost always available, and members receive priority scheduling. Call 404-585-8990 or book online to check availability. Included maintenance is scheduled during normal business hours.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The membership agreement allows cancellation at any time. Any applicable refund or account credit is determined on a prorated basis for the unused term, less services already provided or outstanding balances.

Does maintenance guarantee there will be no breakdowns?

No. Maintenance supports normal operation and helps identify concerns, but it cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, future performance or equipment lifespan.

Membership terms and enrollment

The plan is for residential systems unless otherwise approved in writing. Tasks depend on system type, condition, accessibility and technician judgment. Safe and clear equipment access is the homeowner’s responsibility. Payment follows the enrollment terms, and the plan is non-transferable unless approved in writing. Pricing or plan changes require prior notice under the membership agreement.
