customer states about a leak under the sink coming from the kitchen faucet . Customer requested for the replacement of the kitchen faucet provided by him . Turned the water off . Removed old kitchen faucet . Installed new delta kitchen faucet . Connected the supply lines . Tested for leaks .
* customer requested the replacement of the water heater to prevent any water burst. Removed the previous water heater through the side wall of the closet since it was a difficult access . Added a water heater pan . Installed new 40 gallon heater .installed new copper fittings and expansion tank . Installed new ball valves on each hot and cold lines . Connected all gas fittings .Pressed all fittings . Filled up the water heater and turn the pilot light on . Purged the water lines to remove any discoloration in the pipes and air . Water heater working properly . Cover the closet wall with some plastic and tape until the wall gets repair. Checked for leaks .
* installed new 1 inch water line . Installed a new customer main shut off valve at the main meter . Installed new line soft copper through the foundation wall where the original problem was leaking from . Sealed the foundation wall outside and inside . Installed new pressure regulator and main ball valve . Back filled the holes and checked for leaks .
Customer states water leak near the driveway. Inspected and tried to find the main meter . The whole neighborhood is connected to a single water line coming from the Main entrance of the neighborhood. The leak is coming from under a big tree which leak detection will be required to detected exactly where the leak could be.
* customer states water leak at the pressure regulator due to age of it .removed the damage PRV and replaced with the same model due to tight space . Adjusted the pressure to the house at 65psi . Released the air from the lines.
