Every time I use True Plumbing and I thrilled with the work they do and their focus on customer service and satisfaction. They explain everything in detail up front and when finished there are photos to supplement the work they have done. The people in the office and all of their service representatives are polite, professional, and committed to providing the customer with excellent service. I will never use another plumbing company!

11/12/25 Customer called about a drain issue with dishwasher. Disconnected drain line and ran a rinse cycle. Drained waste water into a bucket. No issues with unit draining. Filled dual sink set up in kitchen with water. Drained and no issues with sink drain. Relocated dishwasher drain tie in, into the garbage disposal. Ran a cycle. NO Leaks, and drain flows normally. Customer stated having issues with trip lever and flushing on a toilet. Replaced fill valve, flapper, and trip lever. Tested toilet by flushing several times and NO leaks. Toilet is fully operational now.
11/12/25 Customer called about a leaking toilet and hose bib. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home. Home pressure is safe at 62psi. Cut water off to hose bib. Removed compromised shut off near hose bib and replaced with 3/4 PVC pipe. Furnished and installed a 1/2 ball valve on hose bib water line in basement. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks, and advised to shut water off to hose bib for winterization. Turned water off to toilet and removed compromised hardware in tank. Furnished and installed a new fill valve, flapper, and supply line. Loosened stiff trip lever on handle. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks.
11/11/25 Customer called about a stiff diverter handle on shower and a leak in-between units. TP arrived and checked water pressure to unit. Unit is safe with 50psi. Went into unit below and found staining on ceiling. Advised Neighbor that ceiling will need to be cut in order to diagnose leak. TP replaced valve stems on three handle shower valve on 1/15/25. Shower valve is original to home and stiffness is due to normal ware and tare. Discussed options for a replacement. Will leave estimate in attachments. Prepped area for drywall cutting. Exposed shower drain. Ran water in shower upstairs. Splashed water on trim and overflow. Filled bathtub and drained. No signs of water intrusions. Sealed opening with plastic and advised to keep monitoring.
11/11/25 Customer called about a leaking toilet. TP arrived and found toilet pulled and flange broken. Break on drain is past flange and on a 45 degree fitting. Will leave estimate for repair. Upon visit a leak occurred on one of the sinks in kitchen. Will leave estimate for repairs on basket strainers. Checked water pressure and found it to be safe at 70 psi.
11/10/25 Customer called to have an insta hot tank replaced. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 70psi. Identified insta hot unit and customer stated that they will purchase unit. Will leave estimate for installation in attachments.
11/10/25 Customer called about a leaking kitchen faucet. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 70psi. Customer stated they already have a replacement ready. Turned water fed to faucet and unmounted. Cleaned up area for new faucet. Furnished and installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. Parts and materials supplied by customer can not be warranted. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks. We hope you enjoy your new kitchen faucet.
11/10/25 Customer called about a handle broken on a kitchen faucet. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 72psi. Customer stated that garbage disposal is leaking as well. Customer already has kitchen faucet replacement. Advised to replace disposal. Disconnected and unmounted garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Furnished and installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. Any parts and materials supplied by customer can not be warranted. Furnished and installed a 1/2HP garbage disposal. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks. We hope you enjoy your new faucet and disposal.
11/7/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to replace garbage disposal and install customer supplied RO system. Removed compromised garbage disposal. Furnished and installed a new 1/2HP garbage disposal. Tested for leaks. NO Leaks. Disposal is now fully operational. Furnished and installed a customer supplied RO system. Tested for leaks. NO Leaks. And home has a functional filtered water spout.
11/7/25 Customer called about lukewarm water in a shower. TP arrived and inspected shower handle. Found handle to be installed incorrectly. Corrected handle and shower now has hot water.
11/7/25 Customer called about a high water bill. TP arrived and found underground valve box to be full of water. Shut water off to home and leak stopped. Dug up valve box and found a break on ball valve shut off. Cut water off to home at street and removed compromised valve. Furnished and installed a new 3/4 ball valve. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks. Reset valve box and back filled. Left room inside box for river rocks. Advised to have some river rocks in base of underground valve box in order to have rain water seep into soil, rather than sit in box.
11/6/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to create a new line for gas stove top in kitchen. Turned gas off to home. Furnished and installed 50ft of TracPipe for gas line. Secured pipe in attic and in wall. Tested for leaks. NO Leaks. Relight water heater.
11/5/25 Customer called about a leaking water line to refrigerator. TP arrived and found water to be off to home. Advised to replace refrigerator line to correct leak and to bring up to code. Cut out old saddle valve. Furnished and installed a new refrigerator line. Turned water back on step for leaks. NO LEAKS. Checked water pressure and found it to be high at 80psi. Will leave estimate to replace Pressure Regulator Valve, and thermal expansion tank.
11/5/25 Customer called about a leaking toilet. TP arrived and checked water pressure. Home pressure is safe at 72psi. Inspected toilet and found a a leak on tank to bowl connection. Advised to rebuild toilet by replacing hardware. Given age a replacement is optional too. Inspected leak on kitchen faucet and found nozzle to be loose. Tightened nozzle and NO Leaks. 11/5/25 Customer called to have a Moen Flo installed. Unit is customer supplied and can not be warranted by TP. Turned water off to home and drained system. Furnished and installed a 3/4 Moen Flo. Advised customer to set up profile with Moen Flo. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO LEAKS. Home pressure is safe at 75psi.
11/4/25 Customer called about a high water bill and water hammering within walls. TP arrived and checked water pressure. Home pressure is safe at 60psi. Inspected toilets within home and adjusted water level on 3 toilets. Shut water off to irrigation system as well. Advised to keep monitoring water bill and estimate for water hammering issue is in attachment.
11/4/25 Customer called about replacing hose bib in front of home. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 60psi. Shit water off to home and drained system. Replaced compromised shut off to hose bib with a ball valve. Furnished and installed a new hose bib to front of home. Cut drywall to access pipe. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO LEAKS. Customer asked to inspect other two hose bibs. Will leave estimate for replacement. Advised to dry out frames within wall before closing.
11/3/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to correct drain in home by removing an elbow and installing 45degree fittings for proper drainage. Prepped area with plastic and paper. Cut drywall ceiling for access to pipe. Found 2 more elbow joints 5 feet after initial elbow. Removed elbows and found pipe to be full of grease. Repiped drain with proper fittings and slope. Tested by filling sink and running dishwasher. Drains have good flow.
10/31/25 Customer called to have an estimate for a stove top gas line. TP arrived and checked water pressure. Home pressure is safe at 60psi. Located gas meter, and measured length of gas line to be about 50ft. Will leave estimate in attachment.
10/31/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to pull and reset toilets. Will inspect flanges and if flange is damaged a repair or replacement will be required. TP arrived and checked water pressure. Home reassure is safe at 60psi. Shut water off to two toilets and drained. Pulled toilets and inspected flanges. Both flanges are in good condition. Reset toilets with new bolts, supply line, and wax ring. Shimmed toilets and tested for leaks. NO Leaks and caulked base of toilets with clear caulking. Please allow a 12hr period for caulking to dry.
10/30/25 Customer called to have tankless water heater flushed and to address recirculation issues with unit. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be high at 90psi. Advised to replace Pressure Regulator Valve to home. Shut water off to home and dra8mwd system. Removed nonfunctional PRV. Furnished and installed a 3/4 WATTS PRV. Set home pressure to 73psi. Flushed Navien tankless water water and cleaned filters. Adjusted recirculation settings to internal recirculation. Removed comfort tee underneath left sink in main bathroom.
10/29/25 Follow up on customer after replacing Pressure Regulator valve and garbage disposal on 10/27/25. Replaced cartridges on faucet in powder room and Kholer cartridge on shower valve in main bathroom. Advised customer to monitor fixtures and to reach out if issue persists.
10/29/25 Customer called about a slow drain in sink. TP tested sink and found a surface level clog in drain. Cleaned up debris and ran water to test. Drain has good flow. Customer asked to have a shut off installed for a hose bib. Shut water off and installed a 1/2in ball valve.
10/28/25 Customer called about a leak underneath island sink, and to install customer supplied RO system. Checked water pressure and found it to be safe at 65psi. Leak underneath sink is from a compromised garbage disposal. Advised to replace unit. Will leave estimate for replacement and installation in attachments.
10/28/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to replace PRV and thermal expansion tank. Correct a gas leak on TracPipe connection that fuels heater in warehouse. Water was off to unit for about 2-3 hours. Tested all connections for leaks. NO Leaks.
10/27/25 Customer called about a few issues in home. Checked water pressure and found it to be high at 95psi. Advised to replace pressure regulator valve. Shut water off to home and replaced PRV. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks and pressure is set to 70psi. Found leak at base of garbage disposal. Advised to replace. Disconnected and hauled off compromised disposal and replaced. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks.
