Every time I use True Plumbing and I thrilled with the work they do and their focus on customer service and satisfaction. They explain everything in detail up front and when finished there are photos to supplement the work they have done. The people in the office and all of their service representatives are polite, professional, and committed to providing the customer with excellent service. I will never use another plumbing company!

9/19/25 Customer called for an estimate on a toilet installation and pedestal sink. True Plumbing arrived and inspected crawl space for drain set up of bathroom. Customer asked to inspect dehumidifier system as well as a yard hydrant installation. Will leave estimates in attachment.
9/17/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to remove old PRV and replace with a 3/4 Watts PRV. Partially drain water heater and remove old thermal expansion tank. Furnish and install a new Thermal expansion tank with a bracket for support. Turn water back on and test for leaks. Home pressure is set to 60psi.
Arrived at Property to remove existing ice cream wells and install three new Dipwells. Shut down water and removed existing wells and drain lines. Installed three new ice cream dip wells with new braided supply lines and copper drain pipes. Cut water back on and tested each unit. Each unit is working with normal operation. 9/15/25 Customer called about no cold water in washing machine. True Plumbing arrived and tested hot and cold water lines. There is hot and cold water. Found that supply lines were connected to the opposite temp inlets on unit. Corrected supply line connections and ran a cold rinse cycle. Washing machine has cold water now.
9/15/25 Customer called about issues with washing machine. True plumbing arrived and ran water through laundry drain line. Ran water for about 5 mins and no signs of a back up as of rn. Inspected supply lines and shut off valves. Advised to have an appliance specialist examine unit.
9/15/25 Customer called about a leaking faucet and has a replacement ready. True plumbing arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 45psi. Disconnected and hauled off old faucet and pop up assembly. Furnished and installed a Kholer Faucet with a new pop up assembly and p-trap. Tested by filling sink and NO Leaks. Advised to register product with manufacturer in order to activate warranty for spare parts or replacements. We hope you enjoy your new faucet.
9/12/25 Customer called about a clogged kitchen sink. True plumbing arrived and tested drain. A backup happened immediately. Disassembled p-trap and cleaned drains. Reinstalled p-trap and tested sink by running water. Kitchen drain has good flow and is up and running. Will leave estimate for hose bib replacement.
9/12/25 Customer called to have a kitchen Faucet replaced. True plumbing arrived and checked water pressure. Home pressure is safe at 45psi. Shut water off to faucet and hauled off. Cleaned countertop before furnishing and installing a customer supplied kitchen faucet. Any parts or materials supplied by customer can not be warranted. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks, and kitchen sink is fully operational now. Advised to register faucet with Kohler in order to activate warranty with manufacturer. Customer asked to inspect a leak near base of refrigerator. Pulled unit out and found area behind fridge dry and dusty. Supply line and shut off valve are in good working order. 9/12/25 Customer called about a leaking kitchen faucet. True plumbing arrived and found that the hose for spray nozzle leaks when turned on. Identified faucet make and model. Reached out to Kholer and placed an order for a new hose and head. Will return to replace when parts are available. *Order #1029120494
9/11/25 Customer called about a leaking hose bib. True plumbing arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 60psi. Shut water off to bib and cut out old hose bib. Made a new penetration for new hose bib. Furnished and installed a new ball valve hose bib. Sealed old penetration and secured new hose bib with anchors and hydraulic cement. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks.
9/11/25 Customer called to have a water heater installed. Any parts or materials supplied by customer can not be warranted. True plumbing arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 55psi. Shut water off to home and drained system. Disconnected and hauled off old heater. Furnished and installed a customer supplied 40gal GAS water heater. Furnished and installed customer supplied thermal expansion tank, and supported tank with band iron. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks. Lit flame on unit and heater shall have a full tank of hot water within the next hour.
9/10/25 Customer called about drain issues in kitchen sink. TP replaced p-trap on 10/1/25. Snaked kitchen line with flex shaft and cleaned slip joint fittings. Tested kitchen drain and flow is good. Found a leak on old cast iron. A brittle section broke during drain cleaning. Will leave estimate for replacement in attachment. Customer approved work to be done today. Scope of work is to rework kitchen drain lines to correct the slope for proper drain flow. Furnished and installed an air admittance valve for proper ventilation.
9/10/25 Customer called about a a back up of water on laundry line. True Plumbing arrived and found the material of piping for laundry line is cast-iron. There is about 10 feet of cast-iron remaining before transitioning into PVC piping. Advise to snake line in order to de-scale current cast-iron pipe. Will give estimate for cast-iron replacement in attachment.
9/10/25 Customer called about a clog on toilet. True Plumbing arrived and checked water pressure to Home and found it to be safe at 50 psi. Ran water in bathroom with toilet issue. Turned on sink and shower as well as flushing toilet several times. Could not recreate clog on toilet. Flushed adjacent toilet on opposite side of wall and ran water on faucet as well. No signs of any clogs at this moment. Inspected drains in basement to bathroom groups. Found significant cast iron and a fitting that is known to have issues. Will leave estimate to replace cast iron to ensure proper drainage of home. Will leave estimate in attachment.
Customer called about a clog in kitchen sink, toilet and shower. True Plumbing arrived and checked water pressure to Home and found it to be safe at 45 psi. Ran some tests by running water and kitchen sink as well as the two other bathrooms in home. All drains have good flow as of right now. Did not find any sign of a slow drain or clog. Basement is half unfinished and does not have any plumbing installed.
9/9/25 Customer called about a few drain issues in home. True plumbing arrived and checked water pressure. Home pressure is safe at 50 psi. Laundry drain needs to be snaked and customer stated they would like to take care of that themselves. Kitchen drain lines will need to be reworked due to line being back sloped/pitched. Shower in bathroom is dripping and will need a cartridge replacement. Water heater is over 20 years old. Will leave estimates for repairs in attachment.
9/9/25 Customer called about a leaking toilet. True Plumbing arrived and checked the water pressure to Home. Found water pressure to be high at 110 psi. Advised to replace pressure regulating valve to home. Advised to replace fill valve on toilet as well as the cartridge on shower in upstairs bathroom. Will leave the estimate for repairs and attachment.
9/9/25 Customer called about a leak in the yard. True plumbing arrived and found wet spot near side walk in front of home. Advised to have national leak detection to come out and locate leak before co ducting repairs. Will leave estimate for the option of replacing water service or repair. Waived dispatch fee for today’s visit.
9/9/25 Customer called about a high water bill. Customer stated city came out and read meter. City determined leak is homeowners responsibility. True plumbing arrived and inspected meter box. Found standing water in box. Isolated water service line and verified a leak on water service to home. Inspected all toilets in home and found no other issues. Customer stated no other issues on remaining fixtures. Will leave estimate for service in attachment.
9/8/25 Customer called about a leaking hose bib. Located leaking hose bib in rear of home. Found shut off in basement. Could not take apart hose bib to replace washer. Advised to replace hose bib. Will leave estimate in attachment.
9/8/25 Customer called to have a toilet replaced. True Plumbing arrived and checked water pressure to Home. Home pressure is safe at 70 psi. Shut off water too old toilet and hauled off. Inspected flange and it is in good condition. Furnished and installed customer supplied Kohler toilet. Any parts and materials supplied by customer cannot be warranted. Tested for leaks by flushing several times. No leaks as of right now. We hope you enjoy your new toilet.
9/8/25 Customer called about a leaking toilet. True Plumbing arrived and checked water pressure to Home. Home pressure is safe at 60 psi. Found stain in ceiling of garage. Toilet in main bathroom upstairs is directly above stain. Pulled toilet and found evidence of a failed seal from wax ring, as well as an improper installation of flange. Flange is at the same level of tile with a very slight tilt. Replaced flange in order to raise height of drain. Reinstalled toilet and tested for leaks. No leaks as of right now. Cut a small section of drywall in garage ceiling as courtesy, in order to monitor repairs conducted on drain.
9/5/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Furnished and installed a 3/4 WATTS Pressure Reducing Valve, and shut off valve for front hose bib. Customer has yet to move into new home and will require a follow up in order to register Moen Flo device. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks. Set pressure to home at 60psi.
9/5/25 Customer called about a running toilet and a stiff shower handle. True Plumbing arrived and checked water pressure to home. Found water pressure to be high at 120psi. Advised to correct pressure by replacing pressure reducing valve. True Plumbing cannot warranty any work done on water systems when pressure is unsafe. Will leave estimate in attachments. Turned water off to toilet and replaced compromised fill valve and supply line. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks as of rn.
9/4/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work consist of installing a customer supplied toilet. Any parts and materials supplied by customer cannot be warranted. True plumbing arrived and found toilet to be clogged. Snaked toilet with Auger. Uninstalled old toilet and inspected flange. Flange is in good condition. Furnished and installed a two-piece Kholer toilet supplied by customer. Tested for leaks. NO Leaks. Please allow a full 24 hrs for caulking to dry, and we hope you enjoy your NEW toilet.
