I had a great experience with the man who completed my service call. It was a first visit and he took the time to educate me on several items which at the same time put potential future service needs on my radar. He explained symptoms that indicate potential problems. He explained a few symptoms I did not know whether to be concerned about regarding water pressure and flow. I particularly like how they price the cost of the visit—lower than anyone else I shopped in the past 18 months when some other issues had arisen. Plus they came highly recommended by a 50-year plumber who is retiring soon. Their initial price is fair and reasonable for addressing basic unclogging needs. They seem to understand to value of repeat business. That is rare nowadays.

Emiliano was great! He was very thorough in explaining his findings and process of the sewer line inspection for a prospective house to buy. He offered several options to address fixing the issues. Emiliano arrived promptly, was very respectful of property and very friendly. Great experience and I’d definitely recommend Emiliano and True Plumbing!

Emiliano did a great job of cleaning our tankless hot water heater. He went above and beyond and show pictures of before and after. I am very pleased! I will definitely use true plumbing again!

12/30/25 Customer called about a leak in ceiling. TP arrived and inspected bathroom above leak. Replaced gasket on overflow and sealed trim with caulking. Advised customer to keep monitoring and call back one issue arises.
12/30/25 Customer called about a leak at base of toilet. TP arrived and found d that supply line is leaking. Replaced supply line and tested toilet. Found leak at full valve connection. Replaced fill valve and flapper. Tested for leak and NO LEAKS.
12/30/25 Customer called about a leaking shut off to a toilet. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home. Home pressure is high at 80psi. Advise to replace Pressure Regulator valve to home. Shut water off to home and replaced shut off valve to toilet. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks. Will leave estimate for PRV replacement. Advised customer to monitor home for symptoms, i.e. Extended drip on fixtures, intermittent filling of commode tank, irregular flow of water while multiple fixtures are in use.
12/29/25 Customer called about a sewer smell in women’s bathroom. TP inspected women’s bathroom and found several items of concern. Will leave estimates for repairs. Found sewer smell in storage area above women’s bathroom. Smell seems to originate from 2” vent stack. Will return to cut drywall in order to locate source of smell.
12/29/25 Customer called about a leak underneath bathroom sink. TP found water off to faucet. Turned water on and found a leak on supply line hose. Advised to replace supply line to faucet. Removed old supply lines. Furnished and installed two new supply lines to faucet. Tests for leaks and NO Leaks.
12/29/25 Customer interested in having gas line set up for grill. TP arrived and located a capped off 1/2in gas line underneath deck. Estimate for gas grill is in attachments. Checked water pressure and it was safe at 60psi. Inspected tankless unit and maintenance is advised if none has been conducted. * Advised customer to get a new hose set for gas grill, due to a missing part for gas grill connection.
12/27/25 Customer called about a back up in home. Customer stated they had a plumber fix a clog on a bathroom 6-7 years ago. Customer lives by self and has family staying during holidays. Back ups just started a few weeks ago. No Active back up in home. Inspected drain/sewer line of home via clean-out in basement. Majority of sewer line is 6in concrete in yard and 4in cast iron in home as well as a few feet in yard. Found breaks on base of 4in cast iron. There are several “trenches” on drain line in basement. Found root intrusions on concrete pipe in yard. Given condition of pipes a sewer replacement is necessary.
12/27/25 Customer called about an issue with a toilet. TP arrived and inspected toilet. Fill valve, flapper, and trip lever are worn out and in need of replacement. Chain was catching on worn out flapper. Turned water off to toilet. Replaced fill valve, flapper, trip lever, and supply line. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks. Conducted a dye test on toilet. Dye test will take 24hrs, and customer should not use commode. After the 24hrs customer will need to check bowl for any dye. If there is any dye then a replacement of toilet is advised.
12/26/25 Customer called about a few issues in home. Customer asked to address one toilet and shower. Customer stated other fixtures are functional. Fill valve and flapper are worn out and need replacement. Tub spout does not work anymore and has duck tape. Advised to conduct a minor rebuild on toilet and replace tub spout. Replaced fill valve, flapper, and supply line to toilet. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks. Replaced tub spout and tested for leaks. NO Leaks and caulked trim. Please allow a 24hr drying period for adhesive to settle.
12/26/25 Customer called to inspect leak on drain pipe after appliance technician tested washing machine. Advised to replace remaining cast iron on laundry drain line and replace laundry box. Will estimate in attachments.
12/23/25 Customer called about a shower head that TP installed and a clog on shower drain. Customer already has shower head replacement. TP removed old shower head. Furnished and installed customer supplied shower head. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks. Snaked shower drain in upstairs main bathroom. Tested drain by dumping 5gals of water. Shower drain has good flow.
12/23/25 Customer called about a leak underneath faucet and a kitchen p-trap that comes undone. TP arrived and found the supply line to faucet is compromised. Replaced hot and cold water supply lines to faucet. Turned water on and tested for leaks. NO Leaks. Inspected underneath kitchen sink and found that the kitchen drain lines were installed incorrectly. Reworked kitchen drain lines and tested for leaks. NO Leaks and we hope you enjoy your functional kitchen sink.
12/23/25 Customer called about a few things in home. Banging of pipes, replacing galvanized nipples, and a leaking hose bib. Checked water pressure and found it to be high at 82psi. Customer wants to gather more estimates and will reach out when ready.
12/22/25 Customer called about a leaking toilet and leak underneath laundry room. TP arrived and checked laundry room for any leaks. No signs of water intrusions. Ran cold water into drain for 5 mins. Inspected underneath laundry room in basement and found no leaks. Advised to have an appliance technician inspect washing machine. Inspected bolts and anchors to toilet. No signs of a leak. Flushed toilet several times and NO Leaks. Conducted a dye test on toilet and advised customer to monitor for the next 24hrs. Reach out to our office If dye is found in bowl.
12/22/25 Conducted a follow up on customer to reinstall wall shower jets. Furnished and installed customer supplied shower jets. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks. We hope you enjoy your shower.
12/22/25 Customer scheduled work to be done. Scope of work is to replace gasket on overflow drain. Drains are glued in and access was created from behind tub. Conducted a minor repipe of over flow drain. Furnished and installed a new gasket to over flow drain and tested by filling tub. NO LEAKS. We hope you enjoy your bathtub.
12/19/25 Follow up on a Leak diagnosis conducted on 12/2/25. Re-examined waste and over flow. Pulled overflow plate and found gasket to be miss aligned with over flow drain sitting higher than hole on tub. Reset overflow plate and caulked. Will return on Monday with proper parts/materials to conduct repair.
12/16/25 Customer wanted to replace widespread faucet in upstairs bathroom. Furnished and installed a wide spread faucet supplied by customer. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks. 12/17/25 Finalized installation of a one piece skirted Kohler toilet. Tested for leaks by flushing 5 times, and NO Leaks.
12/19/25 Customer called about a leaking kitchen faucet. TP installed faucet on 11/26/25. Faucet is leaking from hose and housing underneath countertop. Kitchen has two sink and left faucet is leaking. Customer asked to relocate leaking faucet to right sink. Swapped left faucet with right. Turned water off to right faucet and tested left for leaks. NO Leaks. Customer will order a replacement faucet and TP will return to install.
12/18/25 Customer scheduled quoted work to be done. Scope of work is to replace shower trim and cartridges. Shower trim and cartridges are customer supplied. Removed old trim. Furnished and installed new trim. Turned water off to home and drained system. Removed old cartridges. Furnished and installed 3 new cartridges supplied by customer. Turned water back on and tested for leaks. NO LEAKS, and shower is fully operational. Will conduct a follow up to reinstall wall jets.
12/18/25 Customer called to have two faucets replaced in women’s bathroom. Disconnected and hauled off old faucets furnished and installed two new single handle faucets. Tested for leaks and NO Leaks. We hope your customers enjoy the new faucets.
12/17/25 Customer called about a leaking toilet. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 60psi. Inspected toilet and found supply line to be in poor condition. Turned water on to toilet found a leak on supply line. Advised to replace. Replaced supply line and tested toilet. NO Leaks and toilet is fully operational.
12/17/25 Customer called about a tub filler that is nonfunctional. TP arrived and found tub to be a Kohler with a Kohler tub filler. Tub filler is a push to seal and is no longer holding a seal. Utilized a spare tub filler and tested tub. Stopper holds water and tub drains good.
12/16/25 Customer called about having shower trim, heads, and cartridges replaced. Customer already has parts purchased from Kohler. TP arrived and checked water pressure to home and found it to be safe at 60psi. Shower has two wall jets, shower head, and hand held wand. Shower valve has three cartridges; temperature control, flow control, and water control. Customer approved work to be done on another day.
12/15/25 Customer called about no gas to a grill in backyard and a few other issues. TP arrived and spoke to father of customer. Customer stated to have a few items inspected that were flagged by home inspection. Customer also stated to have an inspection of plumbing system by a technician. Inspected outdoor kitchen and found that water and drains lines are not setup for sink. Will leave quote for project. Disconnected gas line from grill to shut off. Tested shut off for any gas, and line does not have pressurized natural gas. Will leave estimate for gas line in attachments. Conducted a whole home inspection of plumbing system.
