James was great and did a hard job without taking the easy route that would have required additional repairs
Service call was for inefficient, possibly failing water heater. Technician checked out this issue thoroughly and provided very helpful recommendations. Turns out that we don’t need to replace it at this time but will call True Plumbing when we do.
I can not emphasize enough how amazing James was today. This is the second time he has been to our home. He has an incredible amount of plumbing knowledge as well as and more importantly emotional intelligence. He listened to us vent and worry but calmly aligned with us and help us find the resolution.

Customer experiencing a main stoppage and sewage is overflowing from the outside cleanout near the home. Used sewer machine to clear stoppage. The sewer line is now draining. Stoppage occurred about 30’ from the cleanout. It appears that there are roots growing into the pipe. Recommended customer not flush any tissues down the drain at this time and use drains as little as possible. Jetting service will be performed tomorrow to clear away roots and further asses the issue within the sewer line. Discount approved from Paul
