All plumbing connections verified for proper operation and system returned to full functionality.
Assessed sewer line leak located 5-6 feet below concrete surface between cleanout and street connection. Documented existing conditions including exterior access point near building foundation and interior pipe deterioration. Trip charge waived for estimate.
Performed sewer scope inspection for pre-purchase property evaluation in coordination with home inspector. Located and accessed cleanout consisting of white PVC pipe with valve assembly, successfully completed camera inspection of main sewer line to assess condition and identify any defects or blockages.
Responded to report of ceiling leak and conducted thorough inspection of affected areas. Documented extensive water damage to interior ceiling with compromised drywall, exposed structural framing, and material deterioration indicating active moisture intrusion. Traced leak source to bathroom directly above damaged ceiling area. Inspected shower and tub enclosure, identifying improper sealing around shower valve and tub spout penetrations as likely entry points for water migration. Photographed all damaged areas and plumbing fixtures for documentation purposes. Recommended immediate repairs to shower valve sealing, re-caulking of tub spout, and replacement of water-damaged ceiling drywall once source is properly remediated.

Responded to service call for leaking outdoor hose spigot on exterior brick wall. Upon inspection, identified water leakage at the connection point of the PROFLO M-21L hose bib where the fixture penetrates the wall, with visible corrosion and rust present on the galvanized metal components and copper piping. Repaired the faulty spigot assembly to restore proper function and eliminate the active leak.
# Sewer Scope Inspection Performed video camera inspection of sewer line to investigate reported sewer issues. Upon arrival, discovered that the provided images did not capture the sewer line interior as expected, but instead documented crawlspace conditions including HVAC ductwork, mechanical components, and structural elements.
